Inner Ability Lock is not even in the CS anymore, is there any point in getting S rank then?

These items do not cost $50. They are still free. You cannot buy these free items for $50. This line of reasoning follows transitive logic, but the complaints cut out the middle. You aren't getting these items for $50. You are getting $50 worth of Miracle Cubes AND these items. 50 Cubes + the bonus items is worth the price. If you are ticked because you want the items and you don't want to go through the necessary steps to get them then you are no different than the person who can't get them at Hot Time because they had to work.

But in that case, you could still get fries separately.

To fit this situation more... It's if Mcdonald has no other way to get french fries other than with a burger. So essentially, you MUST pay in order to get fries. While the Mcdonalds in Korea gets a special promotion of free fries just for showing up.

This is "Buy one item get a completely unrelated other item that we should have released through the normal means".

I don't spend 50 dollars on cubes a year, hell, I haven't spend more that 3 dollars on cubes, and I haven't bought NX since those fucking surprise style boxes came out.

What's frustrating is that they copy literally everything else from KMS, but take steps to make it cost money i.e. Surprise Style Boxes. Even when they don't copy KMS, it's a cash grab(See: Jett, Red Leaf High).

Bleh.

I actually think the one given in mms set everything to S rank, this one is available in game... But pretty useless with only 1 every blue moon and no locks in cs.

I mentioned that earlier, and was corrected.
Even with inner ability locks, those only work up to A rank, not on S rank.

To be honest, if Azwan is in the game, those Inner Ability Locks should remain in the CS at all times, similar to how the Jett's Core Aura modifiers are still in game (Core AURA reset package is still on sale too~)

Jean Pierre doesn't sell these, the Rank-1 Circulators are called Special, which is the best one that he sells. Ultimate, this one, is the one that gives instant S-Rank, and the description for the one in kMS also states it's only guaranteed to give the bottom line S-Rank as well.

So the hot time ones were "Ultimate Special" Circs or something? Least according to Max they made all 3 lines instantly S-Rank.

These should be exactly the same. There are no other circulators besides Rank-10 to Rank-2, Special, and Ultimate.

I did a little research, and I couldn't actually find, as far as I could understand, someone actually using the circulator and the results, in image form anyway, but the descriptions are identical between the Hot Time ones from January and now. It should only guarantee the bottom line will be S-Rank.

At least its only 50k :/ optimism lol.

So this is where those two Hot Times went .

On the site it shows that they changed it to include Carved Slot Miracle Cubes and the packages, so that means I should be receiving this tomorrow.
Now if only Inner Ability Locks made an appearance in the Cash Shop again.
