Does this work well? I feel like the code for this could be messed up so easily, what with NPCs appearing on a condition like "equip this item". I'm pretty sure we've only had that happen with quests before, which pretty much set permanent flags.

Or it could work like Verne Mine, where you need to have a black-wings hat equipped to enter, and the NPC would be in there.
