I automatically put SPers in the second lowest ranking, which does have invite powers and access to our, uh, not-made-yet Guild Bank. I also put SuperNerd's friend in the second to lowest ranking too even though he's not a SPer because I felt bad about leaving him to be the only lowest-ranking, ha ha.
I'm pretty sure anytime Polantaris or I'm are on, we talk fairly often. Otherwise, we're all mute ha ha ha.
What is your ID? logic.6812
EDIT: Stormbluff Isle is full. Any other world some SPers are on?

zzz, school eating my time to do anything. At least doing dailys at low level area is making me rich getting t1 materials. :3 Polantaris Wrote:I don't know why a camera is so hard to do properly. GW2's definitely needs some work, it can drive you insane. It was waaaaay better in beta. iirc the guy who did a lot of the jump puzzles went back and was like "wtp is going on here. gunna talk to the dudes who work with the camera coding." ;-; Quote:I haven't done Manor yet. Maybe next weekend, dungeons are far too long to be bothering with them on my nights before work.
If you haven't done it already, it felt like it took half the time Catacombs did. The first real fight is the only difficult one ― pay attention to the dialogue! Quote:Nette or however you spell his name: Yeah, boulders would have worked...if I weren't alone and the time it takes to pick one up wouldn't have raped me. I had his pimento pet on me too, and purely the regeneration and Geyser combined kept me alive.
King: He really just pulls you towards him a lot. That's about it. But if you get Interrupted or something for some reason at the same time he casts Foefire, or you're just then casting a spell like Meteor Shower, you can get caught in it, and it does like 1,500 damage a hit (at least to me), so two hits is death.
And this is why I love how GW2's system. Like when warriors raise their sword up, they're going to heal themselves. No one else on my team noticed and I have no quick interrupts, so I have to rely on them to get stuff done. If there's only one or two competent people, you're gunna have a bad time.
I think I was 2~3HKO as well. Smoke combo field saves lives. Quote:I think it depends almost utterly and completely on if you're winning, and if you have a lot of places to defend. You get NO events unless you are officially taking over a building, or being attacked.
Some people say it doesn't matter how well your server is doing to make a profit. I'm guessing they have a decent group of people and take over supply/NPC camps since you can't escort Dolyaks anymore.

Except as a melee player, my screen is too full of blinding lights and flashes to see anything.
And yeah, work and school has kept me from being able to play at all this past week.

I think he's referring to situations like when there's 35+ people at an event, all attacking a SINGLE monster. There's just so many effects going on that you literally cannot see anything.
I don't think I have it on myself (post-processing) and I have this issue as well.

Also, target calling the enemy monster helps. :V

It helps you target them, but it doesn't really help you see if they're raising their sword or anything like that.

Why are events so rare in the 25-35 zones? I 100%ed Gendarran field today, and all I got was 2 events. I really need that daily :/

how are you guys going to get your 80 exotic gear? There seems to be quite a few ways to obtain the 80 exotic set.

I think it's just Gendarran Fields. I had the same experience.

Depending on when you did it...I think there's currently some issues with events in general.
There's about 4-5 broken ones in Brisban Wildlands, including the Spirit Tree skill point (you can't start it). The rest have NPCs that have broken or situations that won't activate. This has been seen in other areas by myself, however it seems most prominent in Brisban. It's possible this issue is effecting Gendarran and it won't start anything there.
Unless they have fixed this issue by now...I don't know. It's been this way since Saturday Morning (Like 2am) morning from what I have noticed.

I discovered today that if you stand in the spot where a chest spawns from a Group Event, you get locked inside it.

How do the armor enchants work? All the Masterwork equips I find have them pre-installed. Can you pull them out of armors and apply other ones?

You can make Masterwork (and probably above) as an Armorsmith. When you do, they don't have stuff in them but have the stats of a normal Masterwork.

You have to get lucky to get the rune out of a masterwork piece of gear. Rare and above can be taken out most of the time (100% maybe? I forget) if you use the best salvage kit. A lot of them have set bonuses, so if you use more than one (like you see in the picture) you can get the bonuses. I'm going to change those runes out to get set bonuses. Probably going for condition damage.
Edit- YESSSS!!!!!!!!!!! Flamethrower finally applies a fking burn. Now the damage is fking sweet. Finally a viable kit.
