I was unaware Ice Aura had some sort of Infinity action, were you referring to Stance or something else I'm not comprehending? A toggle ought not cancel Knight's Watch right since it isn't recasting itself? Maybe I'm approaching this from a different viewpoint, I Knight's Watch directly after casting Infinity so I can Teleport Mastery monsters unimpeded during the power up.

What I meant was Ice Aura had an infinite duration, so unless it constantly refreshed, it shouldn't cancel Knight's Watch.

If anyone has an I/L in KMS and they don't have a Mikhail/Stance, they can test it with me when this comes out.

All the Black Mage's generals are dead or have switched sides, too.
Hilla, Akyrum, Magnus, Van Leon, and Gwar are pretty much dead. Orca is now on our side and Su is being mind controlled, probably will either die or be rescued and converted as well.



And Kaiser kills Beldeross, which was sort of disappointing. I expected a super emotional cut scene to pop up like when the original Kaiser suicides to defeat Magnus BUT NOPE.

i thought in Luminous's storyline according to Spadow, Guwar is a Great Spirit and cannot be killed. Guwar just retired.

If I recall correctly, you don't kill him. He leaves Helisium.

When you beat him, his body burns up like Magnus'.

I barely got to level 90+ on my Lumi, but he's a part of an Ellin Forest quest.

Isn't Ellin Forest set after the Maplers settle into Ossyria or Victoria Island, after the Heroes' battle against the Black Mage?

The old storyline was that it was a refugee camp that escaped from the Black Mage (unknown time period but I'd assume it's just shortly before the battle that sealed Black Mage because they still had a reason to run) and settled on Victoria but the Black Mage's power managed to reach that far and it tainted the forest they settled in.

I'm not sure if that's still the storyline now. I doubt it. :\

I'm pretty sure it's still the same, if we go with the Aran tutorial, Aran rescued that kid and they left Leafre just before Aran went to fight the Black Mage with the other heroes. By the time you enter Ellin Forest in the future, they're already settled in for the most part, so I would say it's some time after the battle against the Black Mage.

Right, I forgot about that kid. If it was after the Black Mage battle, what business would Gwar have there?

I'm pretty sure he's reborn, in the forest, after being killed by Magnus. He's not evil in Ellin Forest, I don't think.

Vita would beg to differ, but s/he can't. S/he was killed in an explosion.

Aria would beg to differ too, but she died hundreds of years ago.

I think Freud ended up dying from the battle with the Black Mage instead of getting frozen like the others. (Hence, Evan being his replacement.)

Horntail turns to stone and cracks. I'd say that's pretty much a death sentence.

The Empress' Blessing upgrade questline confirms that after he loses (The level 190 version.), he goes back in time to warn himself of what happened, and then dies. And this warning leads to Arkarium killing Demon Slayer's family, which is what ends up leading to Arkarium losing and dying..... basically the Cygnus version of Arkarium is his ghost trapped in an infinite time loop. Or something like that.

Magnus' death animation is him burning up in dark flames. Definitely dead.

I can't recall seeing the death animations of Von Leon and Hilla, but things wouldn't make sense if they were allowed to live after you beat them. (Game mechanics that let you fight them an infinite number of times aside.)

No, her "death" animation is her stomping her feet and escaping. They probably forgot about her or something.
