Protect Ludibrium

Hi guys,
Recently i've started the pup quest and it seem to be broken or it just me who cant get the Mysterious powder?

I just finished this quest yesterday on my mikhail and had no issues. Maybe you are hunting the wrong mobs,I got mine from Dual Ghost Pirates. It took like 5 minutes at most to get 100. Hope that helps good luck

This is correct; you get them from Master Death Teddies. I did the quest last week with no issues. I also noticed they changed the stats on the Ludibrium cape.

thank you all, i've done this quest and killed pup

The mysterious powders actually come from any of the monsters within the Hidden Streets despite what the quest says.
Surprising that some veteran players don't know this.

It drops from Dual Ghost Pirates and Master Death Teddies. The thing is, Duals only drop Powders, while MDTs drop Powders and Tachions.
Fun fact : Tachions also drop from aliens in NLC.

My old one is lvl 100 with average stats (ignore the nebulite and int I added to it)



My new one is lvl 115 with +420 accuracy (which from what I understand is a useless stat nowadays post-revamp)



Nothing exciting to write home about.
