I guess this is the part where Bee gets taken and killed and maybe Kakashi sacrifices himself to hellp Naruto escape using Kamui.

I really can't see them beating Madara anywhere near. I guess what's left is for Sasuke to meet Naruto again and then use whatever secret he knows to defeat Madara.

I can see that this will not end good. How can they compete with Madara and Obito at the same time? Blargh, I can see one or two unexpected people dieing because they're not getting out of this hole easily.

Considering every bad guy seems to survive everything, I think it seems kind of reasonable to let some heroes survive once and a while.

No, kishi should learn how to pineappleing kill off characters properly.
Kakashi died? LOL NO.
Most of konoha died? LOL NO.
You thought orochimaru would stay dead? LOL NO.
They're asspulls, i'm seriously tired of this being a war and so far no good guys have died.

Over half of shinobi army is dead = no good guys died. Yeahsureok.

Going by this standard then, no-one "died" in the One piece war either until right at the end either. Nobody seemed to have a problem with that.
Don't even get me started on bleach or fairy tail.

What i meant was no main characters died, killing off random fodder character doesn't matter since readers have no real relation to them.

Going by this standard then, no-one "died" in the One piece war either until right at the end either. Nobody seemed to have a problem with that.

I don't read any of those manga so i have no idea what happened in that war or in any of them.

And it might just be me, but i feel that death of main characters during a war towards the end of a series is a good way to finish off some character progression.

I'm pretty sure Tsunade dies and Naruto gets to be the Sixth Hokage.

It also seems like we're going to finally get the explanation on Obito, so all of that will have to wait even more.

That was before the war when they were hunting akatsuki. I can feel you though how noone actually dies. Its so much more thrilling when you are confident in a characters abilities but they can still kick the bucket or have something else radical/ unimaginable happen to them to change their personality.

Madara likes overkill, but considering he is so strong and wanted to join up with Obito, I assume he didn't really make certain that they were all dead. What threat are the Kages to Madara? Little to none.

Naruto is there, Madara first look at the kague bunshin that is in front of kakashi, then the manga show you the real naruto that is behind kakashi and in front of Bee. And you can confirm it because at the end Madara Says "I'll take care of the kyubi and the hachibi, you can take care of the other 2".

I'm not really sure. All I see is Naruto ragging his tails to draw Madara's attention. I'm thinking making that a Kage Bunshin is the best prediction that everyone there will kick the bucket but Naruto. He will either avoid it because he is not there or Kakashi will teleport him out using Kamui.

As for the "people should stay dead", I agree with it although deciding who should be the ones to die seems rather hard. Tsunade has been the first in line since Nagato's attack on Konoha, and Sasuke has been my personal option for a while along with Sakura, other than that I can't choice anyone.
