Why did madara lose his eyesight (presumably because his body reverted to his state at death?) but didn't end up getting his feeble old man body back too?

I think because his rinnegan are elsewhere (obito) and when he was res'd he pretty much immediately absorbed sasuke's amaterasu. Maybe it has something to do with the hashirama cells too?

I suppose its because his real eyes are elsewhere like Takebacker said. You can't revive something that's still "alive".

That was some nice fighting, I hope there's more of it in the chapters to come than talk no jutsu. after all there's no way they can talk no jutsu Madara to the good side... right?

You mean with the statue coming out of obito/zetsu? I'm not sure either. Wasn't it used when they summoned the juubi the first time? Or is it never "used up"?

That wasn't it, those are Shinra Tensei and Bajo Tennin IIRC. That was just Madara being Madara. He's lived at least a hundred years and he is the only capable of reading the Uchiha tablet so he MUST KNOW some jutsu.

I know this will most likely end with Naruto getting all the Bijuus into himself to stop Madara and turning into the sage of 6 paths, but I can't help to be nervous about the events that come before that. Will someone else die? Will Sasuke lose his eyes? will Naruto die and be revived?

Either a) he's fine and just ran out of chakra or b) The 4th hokage will jump in and save him by giving him his half of the kyubii somehow.

A) Harishimas chakra gives him his same super healing power
B) It's a Clone (yawn)
C) him getting attacked was the plan all along.

Anyway: New plan, edotensei itachi again and let him deal with madara. I'm sure he could bullshit a way through him like he did every other situation.

Itachi is such a boss... Im sure he can outsmart madara 100000000% but idk man, madara is overpower enough to ressist any of Itachi's attacks

Nagato couldn't see that he was surrounded by Narutos clones when they were in the last stages of the fight, so I don't see why madara who is literally using the same eye should be able to.

Naw he uses Orochimaru's cells to save himself.

Inb4 Orochimaru uses this opportunity to take advantage of a wounded Sasuke, steals his body, and becomes the new ultimate villain after Madrara

I honestly think Sasuke got himself stabbed on purpose to trap Madara in his Izanami (or at least try to).
