Yeah I was very surprised as well, both runs I did right after Patch they both dropped 2 each. Yay.

That form dropped two cards each time I completed the PQ on my AM. (3 card dropped each time, 1 on his mount, 2 off the mount, per PQ.) I'd say they're pretty common.

I am so doing this PQ now.

Is Balrog's Seal Stone required to do this PQ in GMS? :O

Has anyone else noticed that Pap's drops got like...severely nerfed in one of the recent patches/server checks? It's beginning to annoy me...not even getting garbage equips to NPC anymore... blah.

You might notice my exp decreased there a bit. It didn't actually kill me; i decided to get an apple to speed it up, and couldn't use a return to town. Got hit by a mob going into the door and coming out in the next map and died. Totally unfair.

Crazy EXP though. Also, fun fact: NLC scrolls work in this place. So, quick way from Leafre to NLC, and a bit cheaper too.

Provided you have an ton of watches as well, that is.

How long would it take a Level 12x Buccaneer to solo Papulatus?

How much % EXP would I get on 1x? 2x?

It's about 1.5m exp on 1x (3m on 2x).
For it to be profitable you have to waste less than the value of about: 30 power elixirs, 40-50 elixirs, 50 reindeer milk, 50 sunrise dew + 50-100k that pap drops always since he's quite greedy with his other drops.

You need to be able to consistently deal 10k damage to KB the first form and 12k to KB the second form.
Low bombs deal about 3,6k damage, high bombs deal 8k damage, 1st body pap does 2,5k touch, 2nd body pap does 5k touch.

It's pretty hard to solo it if you can't KB properly the second form.
