One of the major things: Hellfire Amulets and Ancestor's Grace can't be absorbed into the new cube. Leaves the possibility for others as well...I hope only ridiculous gamebreaking combos are prevented.
That's really good to know. They kept it nice and simple instead of dealing with trying to code the potentially glitchy Hellfire Amulets and Ancestor's Grace in the cube.
One very powerful combo I already have in mind is combining Bastions of Will and Convention of Elements, giving a huge damage boost (~187.5%). This might make farming in higher Torments/Grifts easier.

Storing RRG effect likely become very common, I believe. People can then wear Bastions of Will etc sets that need rings.

Plus just the fact that RRG is one of the most frustrating items to get as a good ring, while you can easily (in comparison) happen upon a good ring that puts most RRGs that drop to shame. The set bonus is practically the only reason people care about that ring, so being able to remove the need for that ring will be nice.
Unless of course you got lucky and happened upon a good one.

simply because grin reaper gives me 100% uptime on pirahnado / zombie piranhas, and they stack in intensity. 15/30/45% if it's hit by three different piranhas from what i've seen.
combo'd with the fact that i'mma be wearing my jeram, as well as literally any other wd weapon i freakin' want... oh bby.
Also, spider queen spam. SPIDER QUEEN SPAM.

Some cool effects, and some lacklustre ones.
Not a fan of the Spider Queen set myself, but maybe [MENTION=7450]MuscleWizard[/MENTION] is interested? Looks like it's a dedicated Firebats set. Weird that it has Plague of Toads when Corpse Spiders should be the primary to direct Spider Queen. I guess the Hex buff can stack with other runes, leading to at least +40% damage?
I think Helltooth on the other hand is going to be really OP. The 2-piece is basically as powerful as Firebird's 6-piece. Oh, but they did circumvent Legacy by renaming it so old Wall of Zombies flat cooldown reductions don't work. Would have been amazingly broken if that still worked.
Hammerdin set looks fun with, though the weird number of legendary powers for Blessed Hammer is questionable. And Falling Sword instead of Engima kek. Also, fucking Icebound Hammer still exists, thanks.
Uliana's looks pretty sick.
Shame they don't seem to have done anything with Shadow's. I have 4-piece Ancient sitting in stash or something IIRC. Maybe 3-piece.

Grin reaper allows you to multi cast spider queen, because the two mimics that it spawns spam your base attack and mana spenders.
So they start chucking a pineappleing assload of spider queens everywhere.
6 set on that set + grin reaper might be hilariously broken

Vyr's rework is pretty cool. It's also nice that they want you to combo it with Chantodo.

This really caught my attention. A chance to reroll some of the legendaries I found eliminates some of the RNG in the game. I can't wait to reroll my ancient Mara's, assuming it retains its ancient status, hopefully.

WOO, seven sided strike ftw. Loved that skill since I first was able to use it.... but I didn't really have great gear so I had to drop it for a more Wave of Light focused build. Glad to see that I can go back to my favorite skill

Does the reflect damage thing not apply only to gear since it says "affix"? Or does it actually apply to monsters?
Alternatively, I've never played anything other than a monk, so I might be missing some highly vital info.

Not sure what you mean. Generally whenever I fight against a mob pack with Damage Reflect, the meteors from Tal'Rasha will 2-3 shot me from full life cause they hit so hard. Granted this could change cause only one monster within the pack will have the affix active now instead of the entire bunch.

[MENTION=6037]Dark Link[/MENTION] I managed to get a bit in on PTR. My Demon Hunter still oneshot himself whenever DR popped at T10, but he's not very tanky. I imagine it'll still be fucking annoying.
Gonna try to hop on D3 more often to prepare for this patch since I didn't do much progression from 2.2. A set up to be able to comfortably T10 on at least one character would be nice :3
Regular Rift Keys become garbage, and all Trial and GR Keys get converted into a generic GR key.

It's just me not really knowing that much about d3 and not understanding exactly what they meant by affix. Thought it referenced effects on your gear. Looked it up and now see that it talks about the different monster titles that determine their passive stuffs.
