I think the level 250 cap will last way longer than the level 200 cap did, so I think the first level 250 in GMS will be remembered for a while. If they're the first in the world, then even more so.

if im not wrong they also mentioned about hyperskill expansion.. (they will be adding more at higher levels)

He probably means this, which states there's no current plans for 5th job, rather than there's never any plans for it.

Additionally, I don't think we will be getting another level cap increase this year. I think they were referring to the level cap increase to 250.
