Thanks I'll try this, it has been driving me crazy. xD I didn't think writing 'your' would make much sense to be honest.

It's the formal "your", like "your majesty".

Is there any way for me to disable the transformation?

Is Power Transfer glitched? It seems to disappear at random.

For some reason, the timer indicator seems to refresh when you take damage or deal damage so it's not disappearing randomly, it's just expiring.

You can use Dress Up (in the beginner skill tab) to transform back into Tear.

It's simply because when it stacks, it creates a new effect and copies the current duration, so it'll always look full at first.

Eskalade: I, geez, look, you have a skill called Soul Battery. That thing is like a conduit for my full power. Once it's out, it'll take a while for me to use it again.
<name>: What?! You're just gonna burn out on me?
Eskalade: Do you realize how often you interrupt others? You should work on that. I'm trying to tell you that you can reuse skills if you perform a successful Recharge.
<name>: How do I do that?
Eskalade: Every attack you use has a chance to Recharge. You need to keep an eye on your attacks to see if it works, then you'll be able to perform another Soul Battery. Got it?
<name>: I'm sorry, I was looking at a butterfly and that was boring.
Eskalade: Listen to me! Not all of your attack skills are Soul Battery skills. If you use Recharge skills like Soul Buster, Pink Pummel, and Heavenly Crash.., you'll be in good shape.
<name>: Yeah, yeah, yeah, just mix it up and I'll be fine. I got it! Gah, you lecture too much.
Eskalade: You are dumber than I was hoping you would be...

Eskalade: Quiet, minion! I just remembered another thing I still need to lecture you about. You have some skills that boost your Affinity with me. The stronger our bond is, the faster your Recharge. So you have even more reason to ingratiate yourself to me.
Eskalade: Okay, NOW I think we're done here. When you inevitably get confused, open the Soul Battery window and use the little button there to get a rundown of the important stuff.

Eskalade: The first one is called Day Dreamer. You can use this skill to escape to a lovely little hideout that I specially prepared for the two of us.

Eskalade: You're dying to know, aren't you? Well, you'll have to use the skill to find out what surprises await! Hahaha! Now then, The next one is Hyper Coordinate. This one's very important.
<name>: How come?
Eskalade: It lets you get a good look at yourself after you transform into Angelic Buster! The same window also opens when you look at your Equip window.
<name>: So... like a mirror?
Eskalade: Sort of, but waaay better. You can also alter your appearance! You can fix your hair, rearrange your face... that sort of stuff. Isn't that amazing?
<name>: ...That's kinda neato, I guess...
Eskalade: The final, and most important skill, is Dress-Up! Boy, do I like Dress-Up. It lets you change between old boring <name> and the magic, firey Angelic Buster! Dress-Up will happen automatically if you try to use other skills before you transform, so don't be surprised!
<name>: ...
Eskalade: That's kind of all I feel like explaining. I can see it's not really sinking in any way. Just... try that other stuff out on your own.

More dialogues later, my tiredness is keeping me from continuing, and the fact that I keep writing "escalate" despite thinking "Eskalade" in my mind is really annoying.

Of course not. Remember, Tear herself has no magic. Eskalade lends her his power by having her transform, so of course she wouldn't be able to attack on her own. IIRC the Soul Shooter is an extension of Eskalade's magic too. Besides, her normal attack is magical anyway.

Are you saying that something other than the duration running out causes it to expire? I can recast the skill, take a few hits of touch damage, and then it's gone again. The buff icon is still there, and I start taking more damage. The time stated in the skill description hasn't passed yet.

uhh guys could you clear up a few things for me, being a damage hoe and all?

I haven't been to Maple in about 7-8 months, so I don't really know much about the nerf developments.. but I have done a little 'research' now and realized that we were given the 'super-nerfed' version of the AB, by cMS, apart from the fact that our Soul Seeker releases 4 essences instead of just 2.

In terms of damage, what exactly does that mean?

Is this class still going to kick ass in terms of damage or is it basically dead?
Would you advice a Mercedes to keep playing Mercedes or make an AB? (Again, in terms of damage; bosses etc)
Any input will be greatly appreciated, I'm kinda lost..

Angelic Buster is still more powerful than any other class currently available even with the nerfs.

Seriously. I don't even spend money on the game. I'm just spamming Soul Seeker at LHC, they go all over the place to the point where the stupid anti-bot mechanic kicks in and my attacks stop doing damage. (Yay outdated mechanics that don't take new classes into account!) In addition to party members also attacking the Crockies getting bombarded, they drop like flies.

Plus, every 90 seconds, I get 10 seconds of double damage.

It confuses me too but from what I can tell it has 1% chance to absorb the damage you take. I have seen on rare occasions where I have a blue 1 instead of damage so it does heal but at what % chance or % from damage it actually heals you I'm not sure. Though, maybe I'm just crazy.

Also lately after hitting 100 I've noticed a lot of the time when I have all my buffs on and I take touch damage most of the time it says "miss" yet I take damage and get knocked back. Not sure if anyone else has noticed/had this happen to them.
