I think it says that sometimes if you don't have enough stats or aren't the correct lvl to wear that item.

Had it happen to me when I tried to put on a lvl 70 hat back when I was lvl 6x.

(Don't ask why I tried, I don't even remember why myself)

I've failed 3 books; 2 Barricade 20s and a Demon Impact 20. Not looking good for me T_T

Especially because I, too, got the derpbroken Metamorph book from the event. Sigh...

i'll ask once i log back in, for some reason i tried changing chars to lend some dex equipment for another char that was going to buy, and now my maplestory won't boot.

EDIT: you guys were correct, he lacked dex, and the game was giving the wrong error message.

So 000f is level 200.

I guess warrior equips get that message for some reason. Cause SaptaZapta also brought it up in the first page of this thread, and when I tried I got the same thing [level 15 overall requires 20 dex, but doesn't give the usual 'You do not have enough stats' message on a DS]

It's annoyingly difficult to find a party train with at LHC. My guild almost never goes there, and every time I go there myself to see if any parties aren't full, they always are. :|

Managed to get to 142 today! Demon Cry is SO GOOD. I love it. Kind of annoyed I got the Metamorphosis book as my free event one though xD Pumped 5 points into it to use the book then used the free SP reset to remove them and add them to Mastery/Cry instead.

152 and cruising, passed morph 20/30, DI 20/30, bind20, and skin20 with only a bit of trouble on DI20 (3 books ouch wallet). mastery was free book. fortunately ive been in good lhc parties on 2x/4x so i could afford to derp around with skill points a bit to get books passed and reset thanks to awesome hot time.

All the bandwagoners are gonna drop the class once DS gets nerfed anyways.
Hell, most of those people dropped the class the second the nerfs were announced on KMST a while ago.

Even with the nerfs, DS are the best end-game characters available...

- 80% status resistance (100% possible with willpower training)
- no MP
- healing skill
- high HP
- high wdef
- high mobility
- rush skill
- PDR ignore with large amounts

Yeah.. I was at Chaos Zakum yesterday and the 80% status resistance and 100% stance (you forgot that) is completely insane. I didn't get sealed/blinded/cursed at all for the entire run and was only seduced once. The range on some of their skills (Demon Cry, Binding Darkness, Concussion) is ridiculous too.

I think their status resistance gets reduced to 60%, but i could be wrong.

The nerfs are justified but they're still really strong with them. Demon impact hitting max damage on bosses is still pretty easy. My friends are doing it already without the metamorphisis buff.
