Right click it and save as gif. Then just load it to photobucket or whatever you are using and use the Direct link as the link for the avitar location. If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll let you use my link in my photobucket.

I just checked and the avatar you made is 135x135. I'm pretty sure that's the problem. The animation's being resized, and animations don't like being resized. D:
