The Black Shadow/Wing is the organization that tries to piss off Aran and the same one that the Cygnus are trying to stop. Francis the Puppeteer, the Agent, etc. I would assume that's the same "secret organization" that Evan gets involved with since there's new pomegranate with francis/agent/etc.

Yes, they are trying to revive the Black Magician.

If you look at the npc/mobs you will see they all have a black wings emblem on them.

I have a feeling the "darkness" ultimate is neutral. I mean, we don't have an "earth" element either, but we have earthquake here. Unless they're adding 2 elements in this game for this one class. In which case he'd be able to use Fire, Ice, Lightning, Darkness, and Earth.

Earthquake is fire elemental. Which makes a little sense if you think about it.
