Well, ponychan is sure crazy right now (I go there regularly). One member not too happy with the current moderation went and created a new chan with the intent of substituting ponychan, but solving some of the problems of the latter. This has put some fire under ponychan mod' butts and now they are working on improving ponychan so people won't leave. It has also caused a lot of drama in the sub-circle I'm a part of because the group had kind of a split between those going to the new site and those staying on ponychan.

Bleh, as long as the existence of this new site brings improvement to ponychan I'll be happy. And if PC's mods decide to ignore it and continue being shitheads then people will start moving.
