I've been doing decent. If I play a matched game with our level 30 friend I don't do so well, but if I just go solo PVP I carried my last 2 games.
I guess pvping with harder players pays off.

First time Tryndamere. This is a normal PvP match.
Tryndamere is so freaking OP late game. I slaughtered the opposing team single handedly - almost a penta kill, except the last two were a little slower to get to than the first three. Early game is hard, though. That's where I died. =/

I remember a time when people got wriggles for top lane lol. I mean if you're against someone who's ad, and want some lifesteal and a ward to farm up something big, wriggles isn't a bad item to have. Especially on trynd who doesn't even need manasz

It's too inefficient now. That guide you're looking at is outdated, Link. Ha ha.

Qualified for Silver III. Games are still really easy.

No. I asked the same thing. I just supposed it was there for the life drain/defense.

Really? It was last updated on May 18th, 2013. http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legend...d-3-156429
"I get wriggles for increased sustainability in lane and a damage boost early on, it can be sold later for a bloodthirster or other items."
Do you have a better one?

First off, never ever look on mobafire ever again for guides .
http://solomid.net/ This contains guides from Platinum/Diamond players. While mobafire/leaguecraft guidewriters have good intentions, many of them are in Silver or even Bronze.

Lolpro also has good ones but some of them are out of date so check the date first.

Also using Probuilds works as well. But sometimes they troll with champions so sometimes this isn't suggested. But 80% of the time it's fine.
Back in season 2 Wriggles would have been a great top lane item for AD Melee, but it's outshine by the newer items provided by the Machete.

it honestly depends on what you are starting with, if you started cloth 5 top lane, wriggles is pretty great, it provides sustain, armor, free ward, and ability to push when you want to. Honestly it's situational, if you are a melee aa attacker + you are vsing a ad champ, it's a great buy because you also bought yourself free infinite ward during the laning phase. Also it helps you take dragon faster.

That only works in pro scene, and hardly anyone uses it. The only reason i would get wriggles is if I was a champion that could jump to a ward, Lee Sin for example. Other than that I have no use of getting one. If I wanted a safe lane I'd rush the faery charm or health/per second item and potions and go from there.

If you really wanted to ward jump with Lee Sin wouldn't Sightstone be better?

The Gragas definitely carried us as a 2nd AP carry against their Jungle Vayne.
