Bleach Manga thread (SPOILERS)
Am I the only person that asks himself why he still reads this every week? I think bleach will end very soon. The plot is just beyond the point of being saved with those random power ups..

I don't think this week's chapter was so bad. Ffs Rukia trained with the Zero squad. She had better have a badass ability now

It would have been WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more badass of a chapter if they had omitted all that talk about cells, molecules, particles, blood, being alive, etc.

For some people that was the highlight of the chapter. For me, I just can't get over the fact they are supposed to be pineappleing spirits, already dead for hundred of years and natural laws like those shouldn't apply to them at all.

I cringed a lot at this chapter. I liked some of the parts concerning the sub-zero abilities, though. Not that I'm happy with the whole "true form of Sode no Shirayuki" thing. Renji and Rukia got so lame from these recent chapters.

I thought she was going to make a (horribly out-of-place) point about being dead, whereas quincies are alive, but apparently she considers herself alive?

However, the fact that they're spirits doesn't really stop them from abiding by the "natural laws". It's really up to Kubo. This is his interpretation of spirits, and who's the say that the Soul Society spirits are like the ones in the legends we are familiar with in our culture? I don't think we should criticise him for that.

how I interpreted it, she says shes dead O_o(I mean being at absolute zero means time has stopped for you, making you legally dead) hence her explanation that its her reishi that allows her to move for very short periods of time

Meaning she considers herself alive before lowering down to absolute zero? What I mean is, she's a resident of Soul Society. She's a dead spirit.

Which is already true for all characters from soul society. Remember rukia who is young in the eyes of most people from SS is hundreds of years old.

Actually this talk would just take us around other things like how can people age in soul society and such so lets just ignore it... (even if ignoring it only makes of this chapter more and more dull).

Nightmare fuel.....
Also there has to be a reason for the story to be moving so fast.

YOU CANT HAVE RUKIA WIN ONE FIGHT? JESUS CHRIST.

when does freezing your enemy EVER work...?
its the weakest, most pathetic...

she killed that one arancar when her 4th dance blade reformed her "broken" sword through the arancar's head

Dance three.

And she's killed Di Roy as well with her first dance.

Is the absolute zero Rukia's bankai? because if it is then its totally disappointing. Actually she never said "Bankai" so there's no chance that it was.

Considering that, Kubo could have got her to go into Bankai just like he did with Renji. It would have been so many times better than getting her saved yet again by Byakuya

no, she's just using her shikai "properly" now >_>

That was so laaaaaaaaame. Rukia always gets the short end of the stick. But I'm excited to see whats new with Byakuya

How does the lowering of oneself's temperature correlate to the dances anyway?

gimmick user gets a new gimmick... still fails.
she shoulda did renji's training and found out her sword's hidden names

Presumably her sword didn't lie to her about its shikai name. Seems she isn't strong enough to get and use her bankai yet.It is, after all, supposed to be something very few people ever get the ability to use (despite how common it seems...)

Even fewer people get the chance to ever be trained by the zero squad itself. We don't know if Rukia managed to reach bankai level, after al she probably thought she didn't need to go into Bankai because that technique almost killed As Nodt. Heck I would like to believe she did considering this is the end of Bleach, she can't end up being this lame please.
