World of Warcraft players, come in!

got any rogues? Smokebomb blocks the ice lances.

Smoke Bomb is nice, but people have to be wary that the ice lances STILL hit people if they go into the line of sight even with SB up.

no rogues, we got prot pally, ret, holy pally, holy priest, resto druid, enchance, two surv hunters, feral cat and frost dk. best comp ever lol.

Anyone have tips for dealing with the ice lance on hagara? We tried setting up three ranged to move in and intercept the beam once the targeted melee people had 5-6 stacks but just wasnt working out. We were able to get through the frost and lightning special phases without too much issue but just the "normal" phase was kicking our ass .

your ranged people must be fast switching the debuff.

we did like 5 tries on heroic hagara, and got her to like 25% on our best try, its very easy if your ranged people know what to do.

set up 3 group, each group with 2 ranged people(healers/ranged dps) to switch the beans, and it should work fine.

heroic ping pong is so f'ucked up, yesterday, 2 hours and couldn't kill the boss. today, first pull of the day, kill it on the first try... the boss is just too much RNG based... plus the ball bugging all the time. one time, the ball passed by all the melee dps, and hit the tank, behind him... the other time, the boss summoned the ball on top of him, and the ball just didnt move at all, stayed there getting stacks nonstop....

finally we killed heroic ultraxion, 2 tanks, 2 healers, 6 dps

Blizz needs to either fix that goddamn mechanic or NEVER bring it back into the game.
It's been pissing us off, because it bugs out so freaking much.
Plus the fact the hitbox is absolutely terrible. You could hit the ball directly in the center and it'd still sway off course.

We've had DW mount drop 3 times and Ultra drop once as well, but the Ultra mount dropped during a 10m Alt run.

Having our 64-bit test client installed will prevent you from patching to the upcoming 4.3.3 version of World of Warcraft.

In order to patch successfully, you must delete the following files from inside your World of Warcraft folder:

Wow-64.exe (PC)

Battle.net-64.dll (PC)
World of Warcraft-64.app (Mac)

dam, I hope they release the 64bit client with the patch, I don't wanna go back to the 32bit client

A new version of the 64-bit client files will be available for 4.3.3 after the patch is live. Please keep an eye on the 64-bit client forum thread for updated files.

So depressing news tonight, we lost 5 core raiders these past 2 weeks, and over half of the rest of the core are just flat out burned out of the game, unless MoP brings people back, my guild will effectively break up. Sad days...

Got heroic hagara, 5/8H now. Kill was like 30+ seconds after enrage since we lost a couple dps and the last ice phase took forever to kill the 4 pillars.

yeah, we did a few heroic gunship tries, and it is insane, but not insane as dw spine :S.

we did warlord, morchok and yor yesterday, with the 10% nerf, looks like normal mode now.... morchok have 19M HP lol.

warlord is still an insane fight, but got way easier than before.

downed hagara heroic, all fights till ultraxion are so dam easy now, we killed ultraxion on our first pull, gunship is still insane tho :S.

what a glorious day today has turned out to be already. Finally got my white polar bear mount!

Finally got my Cata Hero achieve, all I'll say is..."Dat timing"

Ultraxion mount dropped.
Guildmate on his alt wins with a 100, another guildmate and I rolled a 96.
Guildmate Alt asked for me and the other guildmate to reroll.
I roll a 93, other guildmate rolls a 35.
I win the mount.

got one phase 2 pull on gunship. ugh this fight. Feels alot like warlord again. Lots of really shitty pulls getting no where then that one pull everything goes right.

Garr is the biggest troll out of any MC boss.
He's given more people trouble than Geddon has.

Steamrolled the first five bosses, suddenly getting cockblocked by ship.

Main tank posts recount; fire mage with 8/8 N and 1/8 H pulling 13k (below her), cat pulling something like 11k (died on every pull).

the gunship can be a pain in the ass if people dont know what they are doing, its like ping pong boss, so annoying.
