As for Nexon, nothing from their side it seems. I have a bad feeling about all this. Knowing Nexon it will take months from them to do anything, and that's being optimistic. Could be that the codes can't be fixed and we need new codes to be sent to everyone.
I'm disappointed that Nexon didn't test one code before giving them out. If you ask me, Eos should do that for our event to confirm that the codes indeed work.

Even if Nexon fixed the codes if hidden street didn't record who was supposed to get which ones and have a mechanism to remind them and/or resend them the problem is bigger than Nexon alone can fix, unless Nexon also logged everyone who used the codes and didn't get a reward and is now in the process of generating a delivery script to resend them.
We don't know enough about what broke down and where in the process to realistically lay blame.
We proprosed our codes are be pre-tested by our in game event ambassadors at the start of our event to show off the reward and thank them for helping with the event months ago, but Nexon's been too busy to get back to us on that.

The hat probably won't be able to be switched between my two main characters, since it's most likely going to be an NX item (damn restricted Cash Shop). That's a real bummer for me, which character will I choose to redeem the code on..
