The hell is a capture card anyway? And how expensive is it?

I heard they're about 50 dollars. It's like an adapter you use to connect those three cords (Video, L, and R audio) to your computer.

Basically, the image below:

If you're looking to record videos, I believe one main uploader I watch uses the Dazzle capture device. It's around $50 Canadian. It takes the TV output and records it on the computer I think.

Does anybody have any videos of themselves teching? Basically, a video to demonstrate your skills, and not so much as an actual battle. I mean, I've seen tons of those.. I think EA had a vid he showed me with his Falco and how he techs. I drooled. So much.

Those wall-hops are pretty accurately timed..

Edit ; I'll probably upload a video of my Fox, though it's pretty damn crappy, since I can't WaveDash (still. <_<), and SHFFLs are hardcore fail. ;-;

I believe shuffling involves being able to short-hop, which you did maybe twice the entire time. Just sayin'.

Exactly! ;_; I can do it on Jigs, but my Fox sucks so much. I can't even play Falco. <_< -goes back to corner- Jigsplz

I was in the newspaper, this is Smash-related, btw. Pretty funny, actually. Playing with my bestfrang, and this reporter took like 50+ pics of us while we played Smash. Not front-page material in the Sundays newspaper, but everyone was talking about it. I had a bunch of random people saying "Oh, it's that guy in the newspaper! Hi!" today while I was at work. Feels good.
