Was rather funny mentioning Pacman being in Smash to my WoW guild tonight and having pretty much everyone freak the hell out with confusion.

So is Mr. Game and Watch returning? or was he just a cameo in PacMan's video?

He is in the same place Konami forgot to release Phantom Pain on the Wii U... and pretty much every other MGS game since Twin Snakes on any Nintendo platform. If there was one more 3rd party character left to join this SSB, I'd preffer it to be Bomberman.

I mean, I'm certain Ness is coming back (as an unlockable) but it would be nice to at least hear something (changes or anything).

Soo, that makes what, 34 reps now (I'm counting game and watch as confirmed)?

So if we add at least one Earthbound character, Ice climbers, Ganondorf(or some zelda baddy), Captain Falcon and at least another starfox character that would put us at the same number of characters as brawl (When counting the pokemon trainers mon as seperate characters). (I can't imagine any of those being cut, and I'm fairly sure more than that of the 11ish missing from brawl will be returning)

Given the gematsu leak has all been right on everything so far, it's also fairly possible that Chrom, Shulk, and the Chorus men will be in, which would put the game nicely over brawls roster.

How viable is Dark Pit being a character? What could he do differently in Uprising that Pit couldn't do?

I just finished watching the invitational tournament. I'm pretty casual to the series so there's no much I can say except for the one thing I care about the most. The guy that picked Megaman might have been pretty smart if he suspected at all fan support would keep him playing, but either he sucks at Megaman or Megaman sucks. Megaman seems like a character that waits to be attacked and then counters with an ability but outside of that has not much to do? Having the mega buster instead of being capable of throwing punches and kicks seems to really hurt him compared to everyone else. I understand most new comers kind of sucked considering the ones playing them had no real experience with them but Wii Fit and Greninja kicked some ass while Rosalina seemned to hold her ground.

I'm far from a Smash pro so I could just be picky and blind but the Wii Fit trainer just played a lot of keep away and it was really annoying to see. Hardly got to see any real moves beyond projectiles.

Yeah, ZSS and Link and anyone else with a similar ability can tether recover in Smash 4.

A new item in smash 4 is the cucco (aka the chicken from legend of zelda that quite often attacks you in hoards if you attack it too much).

One of the commentators apparently thought it was called a coco. So all we hear from the commentator is "Here comes the COCOA!"

You could sorta count the Mii Fighter as 3 characters since there are 3 different "types" of Mii Fighters, that would bring the character count of SSB4 up to 35 (I wouldn't quite count Game&Watch as confirmed. They could have done what they did in the Charizard/Greninja trailer and confirm both him and Pac-man together, but they chose not to. For now, I'd just say Game&Watch had a short cameo, is all).

I'm really hoping that when/if they announce Ganondorf that he comes in with a whole new skill-set this time. I really wanna see him use that sword of his, lol.
