It's so outrageous I can't follow it without laughing a little bit on the inside.
I am able to criticize Nexon, but this is just too much for me I guess.
I recommend watching a fun movie called "The Producers": http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0395251/?ref_=nv_sr_1
Also, read a little about " New Coke", particularly this bit:
Wikipedia Wrote:The subsequent reintroduction less than three months later of Coke's original formula, re-branded as "Coca-Cola Classic", resulted in a significant gain in sales. This led to speculation that the introduction of the New Coke formula was just a marketing ploy; however, the company has always claimed it was actually an attempt to replace the original product.

Take New Coke for example, they released it and it cost them a ton of money and it ultimately failed, but when they put Coke Classic back out, they made a killing. Whether that was intentional or not is up for debate, I suppose, but it definitely worked. It's not like, exactly the same or anything, but it's still proof that sacrifice does work as a business strategy, and it's not completely off the wall crazy to try and replicate it. It's not actually as insane as you think it is.

That's very interesting, I will look more into it.

Ah I see, never heard of anything like this before.

You realize Valve owns the single most successful storefront in digital PC gaming, right? Do you really think any company that publishes F2P games will outgross an entire storefront?

Supposedly the new CM is pushing for new NX options in Reboot. This is in response to someone asking for Beauty Salon expansion slot coupons.

Realtalk they aren't interested in cosmetics. They are trying, however, to put in a cash shop item that allows buyers to transfer equips within their account.

With the nerf to Kishin, is it time to resurrect this thread?
It's not clear whether the nerf is intended (the CM is on vacation until next week, so can't be pressed for answers). Rebooters, who seem to spend all their time farming for meso on their Kannas (or on their Phantoms in Kishin-glitched maps), are pretty pissed off, and threatening to quit if Kishin is not returned to its full former glory. They don't even have the option of buying the infamous Frenzy Totem to make up for it.
Will they quit?
Is this intended?

They should take to other meso farming methods and get over it. I wasnt really that happy with the sudden change of kishin essentially not working, it sorta worked but hardly enough for anyone to notice, but im getting a bit tired of waiting and the 3s reduction to spawn time is fine with me.

Let's be real here - it's going to be cheaper to buy a new computer and train a kanna up to 210 than it is to roll the Frenzy Totems in the Book of RNG.

Apparently the Totem actually gives BETTER effects than Kishin (1 sec respawn, 70% mob increase). This better not be intentional.

I had written a post in response to cactuar along the lines of "but what if the totem is how Kishin is supposed to be, while Kishin is still broken?" but never posted it because, since both have the same values in the data, Nexon would have had to intentionally messed with one of them and thought that was too ridiculous. Guess I was wrong.

They don't have the same value in the data, whatever the 70 value is for Kishin, it's been nerfed to 50.

Kishin was nerfed to 50% a while ago. They were in talks about removing the spawn count entirely iirc.

If they remove the spawn count, is better to change the whole skill itself.

Maybe they could increase the overal respawn of the maps if they remove the bonus spawn in the kishin, doesn't KMS maps have more than here(without kanna)?
