Oh good! They're fixing the steam issue =3 that almost forced me to miss out on yesterday's attendance o.e
(Well, that and having to reinstall the game twice thanks to the first time giving me an error!)

I don't think you needed to reinstall the game, I had a copy already, but my boyfriend only had steam and managed to find the launcher in the steam folder.

Ironically, almost exactly a year ago, Chaos went up and then went down until like midnight.

EDIT: Game's up apparently.

Site says it's complete but there's still a ton of channels down... watch it go back down again.

What will be unavailable:

• All MapleStory game servers.
  

Changes and Updates:

• Back end modifications and updates will be made to the servers.
  
• World Transfers will be processed.
  
• The permanent Dragonoir and Aria Assistant mount coupons have been re-added to Inkwell's shop.
  
• A fix has been applied so that the Root Abyss item box can now be opened.
  
• Honor EXP badges/medals/etc will now drop from Mobs and Bosses.
  
• The game will no longer crash when you try to check your attendance event participation through Cassandra.
  
• Super Carved Slot Miracle Cubes that were suppose to expire before 7/3 have been extended by 2 weeks. The fix for these cubes is currently scheduled for the 7/3 update.
  
• A fix has been applied for players having issues equipping items for Androids, Haku, Mechs, Mir, Totems, etc.
  

Due to the very large amount of World Transfers, this maintenance will be longer than normal.
