Orange Mushroom has the details on Xenon's skills up.
So the way the Stance, Resist, and Avoid works is that there are five different passives, and they give you 10% of them for each of the stats above a certain amount, having all three stats above the amount gives 10% damage, and the description outright mentions AP instead of just having the stats.
So it looks like all three stats is the way to go. 260 in each stat for 50% Stance, 50% Resist, 50% Avoid, and 50% damage is too good to pass up.

And equipment that adds +all stats gives almost triple the usual bonus to this class than any other class because three of the four stats act as main stats! Give it one of those event equipment sets that adds something like +80 to all stats when every piece is worn and you'll be set as long as you don't want to be soloing KMS's new and "improved" bosses.

the question is when it says ap, does that include armor stat points. because if it does, one wouldnt technically need to have all points in that situation(as somethign liket he empress set should easily get near or go over that 260 threshold)

Not like it really matters though. Their skills passively give them like +100 all stats. It's fricken ridiculous.

After getting the low-down on Max's Blog, I'm seeing some high-high percents affixed to some of its skills and some monster buffs. But even without speed considerations, it's to be expected.
Demon Avenger's Card will be a good substitute for my BaM, at least until they fix it (is it fixed in KMS?); at which point I'm not sure which Resistance Card to get rid of (BaM or DS). Oh nevermind, I'll probably move my Mech into a Pirate Deck or BaM into a Mage deck and F/P out. Whatever. I'll worry about that later.

We took small liberties naming Fuzzy Lob Masquerade - Bombing and Blitzkrieg, since they were originally the Korean words for Bombing and Bombardment. You can see how that would be confusing.
There were a few small errors visible in the skill descriptions and readouts we tried to fix. For one, Diagonal Chase's description originally said it linked to Pillar Scramble. The data says it links to Combat Switching: Split. Pillar Scramble originally does not state what skills it may link to, but it does link to Diagonal Chase. Fuzzy Lob Masquerade: Sniper has Defense Ignore, Range, and Accuracy bonuses that aren't listed in its readout.

If the storyline that goes with this class does indeed have the spirit of Suu powering it or whatever you could call it a Ninja Pirate Zombie Robot class given that Suu was killed and is now "alive".

I'm thinking this is the only reason why we can get Lotus' or Orchid's style too. Now that would be awesome and it completely explains why I switched my main to a Thief, they seem to get the wackiest class ideas.

You're not required to have all three stats at once. You really only need one stat, depending if you want Stance, Avoid, etc.
