[1.2.175] Two more job classes
I still don't see a full run of KoC characters taking down HT or The Boss in Showa. At best, it would be a mix of regular 4th jobs and these guys.

Bishops and DrKs would still have a purpose, and bowmen if sharp eyes is nerfed on the new ones. Otherwise, the rest are about useless...

If Nexon isnt careful they could ruin the entire game by adding these new classes, im starting to worry....Frown

A lv120 can't hit ht unless these new classes get insane accuracy or their miss/hit formula is different

Ah, right. How could I forget accuracy? Rolleyes Ty, Serp.

So the 4th jobs would be the backbones still for bossing, but most other things can be done by the new ones...a bit better, but there still needs work done on the scale of things. :X

i find it more than a bit disheartening that the programmers didn't think of problems before they put it in tespia.

such as giving what equates to a ranged hero a charge, or not giving mages max MG. skill wise, these classes are broken at the moment. otherwise, as far as level cap, AP, and the beginner skill go, they're fine. most of the 1st job skills are fine as well, just that MG needs to be fixed f3.

The 42% mg isn’t all that bad, considering they appear to have that broken 100% mp eater combined with flame heal. They aren’t even released for testing yet so it could easily be changed still.

flame heal+mp eater = instant spam anywhere

Healing won't do anything when monsters can 1hko you more often though.

So, I don't understand whats wrong with MPEater here; does it recover mp based on 100% of your damage?

OMG i just realized! broken mp eater+meteo= ultimate spamming with no MP loss!

This should clear things up for you.

Fiel Wrote:MP Eater is ridiculously broken. I won't even bother to post a skill tree. It's 20 levels maximum. For each level, +5% of your damage also restores your MP. So this means at level 20, 100% of your damage is restored to MP. There is no probability listed, so it's an assumed 100% probability. How broken, right?

If that became an apparent problem i am sure the mg % or base hp would be increased before they came out of testing.

If you do 1,000 damage, then you get 1,000 MP back in return. If you use an ultimate and do 50,000 x 15 then you get that much MP back Tongue.

In other words, it makes infinity almost obsolete.

Wellll, not quite.

The enemy mob has to have that amount of MP first. That's how MP eater has always worked.

Well true. Don't bosses have thousands of MP? If you spammed flame heal at a boss; you could theroetically keep your hp/mp full the whole time and still do damage. That's assuming flame heal doesn't work on just undead.

I'm slightly dissapointed that the new classes don't have sets of clothes for themselves. Considering the change in play I was hoping for a little wardrobe change as well.... or maybe they just haven't gotten to that yet?

Looking at this, all of the KoC classes are -insanely- overpowered. Is there any evidence of a serious nerf to prevent them from completley stomping everyone else?

wouldn't a more effective strategy be to alternate flame heal and meteo? and flame heal would most likely hit all monsters, or only ice

As of right now, no. However, they only exist in TESPIA. Tespia is the test server for them, which would mean they are testing the classes. I'm sure we'll see more tweaking as time goes on, so I wouldn't be that worried about them until the real kMS servers get them.

all these classes seem so broken ._.

I would actually take up the Soul Warrior, not simply because it's overpowered atm, but because i like the added mobility and its quasi-mage-like attacks.
