Thanks for the heads up. The second track does have a lyrical layer attached. For some reason my speakers were not picking up the vocal layer. This explains why the two files have different checksums (even though they're exactly the same size). Adjustments have been made to their descriptions.

I wonder why they decided to change destructionPerion.

The old one wasn't bad at all.. I actually preferred that to the current one.

The new track is.. nice, but somehow less fitting in my opinion.

Actually, it DOES fit Perion's theme, but.. I don't know. The old one just gave me a more general "fitting" feeling.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, another replacement happened with LowGradeOre, most likely for copyright issues since it had some passages which were similar to another track I don't remember. Could it be that they had the same issues with destructionPerion?

If anyone finds any similarities, please report back. I doubt they'd make a new BGM from scratch just because they didn't like the other one. Afterall, it was pretty good imo.

I thank you wholeheartedly for this wonderful collection, and for uploading all the tracks to YouTube. I don't play this game anymore, but I still enjoy the music immensely! Arigatou gozaimasu!

Some of them sound quite different than usual, though (such as TheRush).

Yes, they include the same songs. My archives contain all dupes though, some are missing on SkyDrive I think, but those of course are negligible.
The main difference is that they are organized in the same structure as Slip's LOCATION/USAGE-list, which probably makes it easier to find songs for most.
I also tagged and named them consistently, including pretty much all info from the other lists and sources here. I hope that someone finds the COMMENTs useful, but that seems kind of like an advanced feature to me. I needed them a couple of times.

You hit all the key points there.

The one and only downside to this is that I haven't been updating the LOCATION/USAGE of the songs too frequently due to the fact that they come out in KMST (and it isn't immediately clear what they're used for).
If you take a look in the RECENT TRACKS list on the first post, you'll get a good idea of what's complete and what's missing.

If anyone would like to help us fill in the missing info by posting suggestions here, it would lead to greater accuracy and a more complete version of the collection. I'll update first post with any suggestions and later import all new entries into the list.
