I might give this game a spin. Anything I need to know before I blindly rush into another Nexon game? (and don't give me website links plz, I'll get there when I'm good and ready)

yea... don't get every skill you can get (wastes SP just learning them) and enhancing stuff >>>, seriously, if you get those level 5 equips while questing, go to the smith and enhance them all to +6, the difference is amazing

Pretty sure the quest reward gear is un-enhanceable. Enhanced stuff is super duper good though. You can spend skill points more frivolously in 1st job since you get a reset, but you should have a good idea for what you want to get to in 2nd job before hand, unless you want to get a feel for what each skill does before deciding.

also, i didn't lose my stuff when argenta restarted, but i DC'd before it did so...

but yea, you can only enhance drops from monsters. also, use axes/hammers early on instead of swords, swords can't hit enemies on the ground as much as the other two

it's ok, i mean, after a while you'll start grinding in the temples again and again, so it's blergh in that regard, the enhancing part is kinda addicting, but the humor... i swear, the humor is just awesome.

Nope, Strength doesn't affect HP. I'll have to find another epic-level accessory code which will take a while because 20+ abyss dungeons are hard as hell to solo.

Vitality is the one that affects HP, not strength.

Gerrant it is! Will try to download when family isnt all there so they dont get mad at me =P. Also anyone wanna throw me some starter tips?

Downloaded the game in an hour this morning compared to the 6 hours I was looking at two days ago.

I wonder if there's any info about the success rate for each enhancement and the break rate. I remember failing my 9+ bow and it just went down to 8+. It went back to 9+ then it broke when I tried to enchance it again.

Is there a way to "recube" that? I get that the STR increases stun rate and Agility increases crits? Are those stats beneficial for a mage?

That was pulled from the data, but it does feel lower to me. You can recube stuff, theres are xtals that reset an items potential. I forgot what they're called though.

No, you just make better ones. You get more crest slots as you level.

Wait.... we SHOULDN'T be adding points into every skill in first job? I put points into whatever I could each level :S

You're saying you can spend sp from first job on 2nd job?
Might try soloing assassin's den on abyss to farm some crystals. Not sure if I can beat it though.

Few questions:

Is there a way to transfer stuffs between characters on same account?

Is there a place to sell stuff? i needa clean my inventory and don't feel like dumping everything.

How do you make stuff? o_O Is there a level requirement at all?

Most of these are here because i dunno where the NPCs for stuff are yet.

Where do you get crude onyx/other gems?
