Channel News Asia was showing this short North Korean clip of some ugly lady speaking to the masses. From her tone, she was obviously trying to brainwash the citizens.

Even in Singapore, PAP does that too, it's not rare. As evidence with the highest paid ministers in the world on the news ill speaking about the opposition when they themselves can't even handle things. What have they ever promised on 2006 election and how many are actually done? They have only started those several months ago as the election on 2012 is coming by.

I'd be more interested in US/SK having a highly confidential and well organised battle plan to have every single infrastructure, war materials, uranium/plutonium enrichment center in North Korea wiped out in hours rendering them useless in retaliation which might save Seoul if they ever wanted a war.

She predicted that nuclear weapons would be used before chemical weapons? I would expect wide-spread chemical weapons before wide-spread nuclear.

Her predictions seem fairly precise, so proving or refuting will be pretty simple. If the world is not at war in the next week she's off. So far nobody has shown any interest in war with North Korea, so I would not hold my breath.

To those talking about the remaining "communist" countries, they are not in any way a communist country, most of them are single party dictatorships who use the guise of something virtuous like communism to further their own goals and perpetuate their rule.

to put it bluntly there has never been a true communist country in world history, it has yet to be done and I suggest you all read up abit on what communism really is, because before I knew what it was I had an idea as to what I thought government and country should look like and operate and my history teacher told me I was a communist after reading books like "Das Kapital" and "The Communist Manifesto" and many others, I realised three things, 1.My ideas weren't original and that I was indeed a communist, 2.Communism has never been tried and 3. Communism isn't something bad at all and that the "red scare" worked really fucking well till this day.

however the only way to bring about a communist government that would work would be to convert one of the worlds powerfull countries from the inside because if you were to try and start one yourself big buissness interests would never allow it to work and would sabotage it all costs because if people were to see that it actually can work then these greedy rich cocksuckers won't be able to control the rest of the fucking planet.

So russia under lenin wasnt communist too ?

as much as I respect Lenin, no it wasn't. it was on its way there eventually but we all know what happened to Lenin, if he were to have remained in power for another decade or two and had a decent sucessor then maybe we would have had a real communist russia.

About no one being communist, that isn't quite true. No one has managed perfect Socialism, which is what communism is based on. People have managed communism because there is (this is where it is different from socialism) still a governing body.
