the +2 can be obtain from equipment. some euipment give +1 and some give +2.

For hazzy,
the remaining +3 (after +2 from combat order) can be obtain from weapon, cape or armour. +5 is the maximum we assume. so far no one shows any picture beyond +2 yet. so .....
the +2 that we saw are from combat order or equipment.
