Not really. Windia is way more populated than khaini. I'd know. I world transfered out of there.

Galloperas aren't even really all that full in Windia, either that or the ~8pm ish PST time I scarlion/targa sometimes is obscure.

O_o I was told by SEA players that the MSEA Himes cast seal, stun and weaken as well.

I'm asking the people over at AsiaSoft forums about this right now. I don't expect a response for several hours since most MSEAers are probably asleep right now. I vaugely remember Angelia mentioning something about the Himes after Neo Tokyo somewhere on the forums or her blog though, but I'm having trouble finding what she said about them. Blah.

EDIT: Okay, I got a response saying that they don't cast status effects. Their Priest guides also mention training at Himes as if they don't cast any status effects.

Oh wow, that's wonderful news. I was dreading having to play that much maple. Now I'll just use my 3 hours of 2x a week and not touch it again.

Not permanent. 1 day versions are available from Cassandra's 2010 scroll quest. 30 day versions are available from Pigmy, I think.

Pretty sure it only drops from monsters in your level range.

The only thing better is the 2 to all stat glasses instead of 1m, and you don't need that s'hitty permit all the time. Can't say it's any bigger.

So this means gMS didn't get the new Stars and Bullets...? o.o
