about server lag lol. I write pretty good statements in a very formal and euphemistic way when I really have to so that might have been what caused them to feel like crap and give me money. Or maybe they are trying to lure me back to maple (haven't been on for couple weeks).

I'm pretty confident the content of your ticket had nothing to do with it at all, I don't think anyone even read them, GM Taina or whatever replied with the exact same thing to a ton of tickets about different things.

How is that at all good? I suppose free NX is always nice, but not if it just becomes a race to see who can send the most tickets (especially if it means that GMs will have less time to pay to legitimate tickets). I agree that GMs should fix/compensate for a variety of issues (item guards + using souls, skills not working, etc.) but I think we can agree that someone getting 500k MP because he couldn't use a soul on his weapon is a lot less "deserving" of compensation compared to someone getting hacked or getting a legit equip deleted.

Someone in my alliance received 500k MP from GM Taina for a ticket he wrote a few weeks ago. It was a pretty legitimate problem (skill wasn't working) so I'm happy that he got compensation for it.
