As I was buying my helm from Legendaries today..... Died 2x because the bishop in the party died and I got dispelled. Awesome. =( Oh well.

I gotta say, fighting a boss that jumps up in the air every 2 seconds to use a super KB attack is no fun to kill with a 1h BW.... I used it because I didn't have better acc gear with me and it needed ~190 acc.

You do know that you can dodge the supahKB by jumping, right?

If I jump at the same time as him, I can hit him, but I land at the same time and get KB'd. If I jump later, I can't hit him for a bit but he doesn't KB me. >_< The only compromise is to jump, take powerguard damage, and hit him, which is why I ran through around 400 pots for a 10 min fight.


Also the KB has a ridiculous range like "the entire platform" so the only way for me to approach him is to be jumping the entire time, when I can't see him, which looks kinda goofy :x

Blast range, no matter which weapon you use (that is compatible with Mastery), has the same range. So yes, it'll help.

Actually there's a strategy for Lilynouch that lets you kill it without taking any damage.

Solo'd left side Pianus on my Corsair just now.

Only went looking for someone who was killing one or just killed one, for the Pianus Scream (quest). But then this left side Pianus spawned. Was surprised I even found one, since this is in Scania. f3

I was expecting it to be hard but turned out to be very easy and fast. It may have even been around the same time I kill it on my Shadower. Or just a bit more, but not much. Ship broke 3 times I think, but I wasn't paying much attention. Also never done Pianus yet on my Corsair so I didn't know what to expect. After 50% hp it didn't break anymore. And I only used Warrior Elixirs, no apples. :p



Battleship Torpedo 30 also dropped, which is nice. If it works in a few levels I won't have to buy one anymore. xD
Still didn't find out if I have enough hp for right side though, but I'll test that in Boss PQ I guess, since it's so hard to find any Pianus in Scania.

I believe you need a little more than 5k for the right side.

I killed a right pianus with about 4840 hp once. I'd post a SS but my scroll lock doesnt take screen shots >_>

I've never seen righty do more than 5k.

I think if I got used to watching for his damage reflect (purple icicles, I hardly ever noticed the reflect until I was taking damage from it) and Rushing at the right time when he uses the 4k damage attack I could, but really the super KB is what did the most damage to me. I kept jumping too soon and coming down at the same time as himThen while I'm "stunned" he does it again, I get KB'd again...

Makes me happy that that attack is ice elemental - yay DrK Elemental Resistance.

This time I got SS proof of it happening. Woo... lol And no, this is not the best glitch ever. Some of us actually used to care about our Monster Books. What's even more stupid about this is that every time I get a Pap card, it shuffles my book again, so I go back to having one Pap over and over.

You're only lvl 12x on your Paladin, no? Get more abilities plz! (Blast much?) I honestly can't see why you're having these issues otherwise. Stopping jumping at the wrong time is a big must.

EDIT: I tend to walk around with an assload of jump. 20+ to be precise. This does affect air time and when you land.

At the rate I was going I would've finished in about 3hrs, and I had just gotten into a good rhythm, the spawn wasn't being annoying as pineapple, zak was only using weap def 1/5 times... and I d/ced
