At what range would i need to complete dojo in under 20 mins? %boss?

You can accept the quests called "First ability" etc. on your quest light bulb icon, your inner ability just unlocked based on levels, you're high enough to get all 3 unlocked. If i were you aim for Critical rate or Attack. Inner Ability aren't too game changing for Bow Masters, they benefit classes like Luminous or Dual blade most.

Is the maximum range of Snipe also the maximum extent of the Rangefinder/Distancing Sense and Weakness Finding skills? I ask because Snipe has a really small range compared to other skills.

Definitely go get a secondary weapon. You can either buy the 3 attack one or go purchase the 5 attack one from Evo World if you also want to level up a bit.

if avoid isn't a stat anymore, what does Reckless Hunt: Crossbow reduce?

Well, i don't see that much diference in the avoibility as it once used to be..., maybe i need to test more.

Maybe it negates evasion boost?
