Singed is my Teemo. There is no champion I hate more than Singed, except Darius maybe.

Yay Ziggs' passive does 150% to structures. Now I can just push hard and break towers, especially with sheen and full cdr.(more than before I mean ) ^^

The upcoming Sweeper nerf sucks balls. 'Nuff said.

The mana regen nerfs on Dom is also interesting, hopefully it makes Kassadin, Yorick, and Jayce a bit less god-tier on the map.

Yeah, even though i barely used it, it was a good choice against stealth champs like shaco or akali, but now you have to depend on the active for that (And with shaco its a pain in the arse since he can go from mid bushes to top with his blink skill. So knowing where he went its impossible).

I do love that buff to the deathcap replacement, now i don't need to also build zhonyas when im playing with morde, leaving a slot for more AP or mres.

Promote and Surge are being removed, and a new item will be created that has Promote's effect.

Im sad that lifesteal mastery is being moved to the utility tree... A little happy that Lifesteal and Spellvamp its apparently going to share the same mastery... Or at least my inner morde is.

That reminds me, I needa try a hyrbid morde build. Something like Gunbade, Rageblade, wota, rylai wits end or other attack speed item cause I love attack speed. ^^

No CC will make your life sad, i know i already tried it once.

Rylai and Gunblade are enuff cc

Gunblade its a CC For bursty people (Its there to give you a chance to throw everything). Rylai may or may not help since you are depending on spells doing the CC for you on a % chance and the cooldowns are awful enough to not let you reapply the slow fast enough. You could count DoT from W and R, but as you know its a reduced slow, so it may not let you catch up to someone, but maybe help you stick to them for AA.

Edit: Also rylai its not that efective on morde since all of its spells are DoT or Multitarget, giving you only 15% instead of 35%. (There is the Q that counts as single target but only when its alone).

Rylai's doesn't proc on a %chance like Phage does. It's just a %slow.

[COLOR="#0000FF"]Ult slow is pretty damn powerful. With that, gunblade and my w, I can stay on most people. Q is low cd too, so once I catch up, I stay on them.
