Free 4 ATK PACs that have 120 HP on em and ~40-50 weapon/magic defense? Very awesome alternative to paying over 100m+ for a PAC, especially useful to ranged for bossing purposes.

Frickin' legendary cape is LEGENDARY.

It's just gray because its defenses are down too much. What's the avg for its defenses? Who cares, though. HP cape that can range in attack? I WILL HAVE IT.
