Hmm, I thought the reason he was floating around was because he was something like half dead after getting stomped by Phantom all those years ago, so his body was so badly damaged he could no longer inhabit it(http://maplf.tumblr.com/post/81574526673...ebtoon-ch3), which is why Orchid hired Gelimer to awaken him(evolving world cutscenes) and Gelimer accepted in order to further his own agenda. Sort of makes sense considering how Phantom says something about finalizing his revenge when he comes across Suu's body in the container.

Maybe the rest of webtoon has the answer, but maplf didn't translate it. Does anyone happen to have the working link for the rest episodes? I can't seem to find it either.
