I was actually considering making a BaM to play around on, but screw this crap. Looks like a massive nerf to me, and I'm not a fan of the new animations either. Terrible.

In my opinion, the GMS Luminous isn't really all that bad. It'd greatly benefit from having more use for switching between light and dark modes, but it's a rather fun class to play regardless.

feel the same, not including mihile/AB link skills and jett link, we have about 8 good links, when DA and Xenon comes thats 10 link skills, then with the KoC revamp, that limits us to only 10% status out of 25%. Considering i already worked on some of the koc link mules, i feel all my work was just wasted -.-

Not liking the BaM changes, removing chain skills for this crappy arm punch thing. And I didn't see a point in revamping the main attack. A step down from what BaMs were imo.

Does Soul Seeker ignore Damage reflect like megeiddo flame now? If yes, hallelujah!

from what it says . yes soul seeker would bypass reflection. However in its current state for GMS, soul seeker is crap since recasting it while it is already on the enemy causes the originals to disappear.

If I had to wager a guess, it would be that the dark theme will overlap with Night Walkers. Also, this concept fits their original idea for Battle Mages much better with the chained attacks for varying appearance. The fists are rather stupid though.

It's not limited to Magic Attack. It applies to Weapon Attack as well. I've fixed this and it will appear correctly the next time Locked makes a skill table for Battle Mages.

Battle Master is not a party skill.

This can't be done yet because in tespia, Xenon is still locked. You have to wait till it reaches the main server.

Give everything from Battle Mage to Girl of Destiny and overhaul the origin afterwards.

I don't know where you're getting that from.

The bullets stack, although it is rare due to the reduced spawn rate/number of bullets.

I thought the large staff and the colours looked kinda silly at first, but after watching them in action I think I'm taking a liking to them.

Not a Mage player, however, and I don't see myself making a BaM anytime soon.

The new animations arn't really all that great either. I know that its common for some attack animations to use very few frames, but I dont think any other set of attack animations has made me raise an eyebrow as much as the new "blow" ones for BaM have. The staff movements are so smooth for when they do move, and the trail of light in the attack suggests that the staff is spinning, but looking at the staff itself, it doesnt look like its spinning around at all or even trying to spin (while the staff is attacking, not while its being summoned). One of them just looks like it just kinda flicks itself at the enemy and vanishes.
