A new dragon race huh? With all the classes in Maplestory I’m surprised there isn’t more choice when it comes to races.

I remember when I started playing and 3 character slots seemed more than enough. Now 15 seems so limiting.

I hope they increase the character slots to 30, or more...and make them all freely accessible...yeah I know I'm dreaming.

90% that is Magnus it has horn/ wings/ tail/ just like magnus the sword could be the new way of transformation that it said the sword has many diff faces...

A lot of people are saying Magnus will be playable as a class, but I don't know. That ''different face'' caption was made up by Baklava.
Its sword seems to be different than the one that Magnus wields. However, Magnus does have wings, horns and a tail.

Maybe he isn't magnus but the counterpart of Magnus' blade, something like the Master sword and Girahim in Zelda:SS, Because the last entry said "the one chosen by the sword" and I don't think that it'd pick a bad person (Magnus seems like a DS without honor and All the warriors commanders (Von Leon and DS) had a sense of Honor), So maybe they are twin swords that choose their users and are forced by destiny to fight each other. Now with the new race Pirate this theory seems a bit awkward because that pirate could be testonen controlled by the black mage.

I think Magnus might be the main antagonist/maybe even the job instructor for this new class/race, but that picture isn't him. Unless they have twisted and morphed him so much just to fool us.

I still think it'll be Magnus transformed by the power of Guwaru's life crystal. It could make him way more powerful and as a consequence, it transforms him into a hideous beast.

From the shape and colour of the effect around him I thought it looked like it could transform him into the Black Mage...

Definitely, it's some sort of a Dragon themed warrior; the head could be a human head without many problems, tho. :O

That is actually really helpful I was just trying to make that out. Dragon Slayers? Evan might be a bit pissed. Definitely not Magnus, as he only has 1 complete horn.

That image reminds me of Breath of Fire 4 lol You could morph into dragons in that game and was quite fun

Dragon Slayer looks pretty damn awesome. A sword isn't that original, and Mikhail was kind of disappointing, but Nexon does well when it comes to winged warriors. The last one was made of win.

As for the new pirate job, I don't even want to speculate ANCHOR SCYTHE. It could be anything ANCHOR SCYTHE. I'm going to reserve judgment until his/her weapon is revealed ANCHOR SCYTHE.
