The way (former) employees describe Nexon is pretty much some sort of business performed out of someones garage. I guess you should take it with a grain of salt, since everyone can post a review? Obviously they should reorganize. They take the responsibility to the shareholders way to serious . The unhappy employees won't have a positive effect on how the game is run. Seeing that the revenue of Maple has increased, it's only fair to grant employees a salaryraise when they get a promotion.
I guess Nexon is happy the way it goes. Stacking up the dollarbills, the downfall is inevitable if they don't get their act together.
