MapleStory will be going through a scheduled Cash Shop maintenance on December 1, 2010. This update involves all Cash Shop servers, and will last for approximately 30 minutes.
Gameplay will not be affected during this maintenance. The security update will be rescheduled to a later date.

Of course, it's just sarcasm, however, it's true that it's been turned into a 30 mins cash shop item update or whatever instead of a security maintenance:

Right about what? They wanted to do big bang before a security patch? that they wouldn't do a maintenance, then have a patch next week? A few pages back you said it would be dumb to have the patch next week and a maintenance this week. Thing is these maintenance always happen with major patches why is this freaking new to you? The security patch will happen probably next week, why would they put big bang in without adding all the stuff they want in before hand? Your so confusing just like a female

In response to someone saying that they have more important things to worry about than server maintenance? I don't see your logic here. This is the biggest patch to date, and just because server maintenance isn't in the front of their mind doesn't mean it's not there.
