I'll be incredibly shocked if you're right since I bet they're just mounts and/or chairs. And if that dude with the shiny armor on the right is a player and that's going to be new armor it'll probably be gacha, with stat bonuses. Or cash shop :f6:

Guess I came back to playing maple at the right time.

The only thing that would have made me come back sooner ( nearly 1 year not playing) would have been a masteria update, since im a quest hoar and love a good story.

Are you sure that wasn't edited in? I just looked at the Maple website and see no evidence of that old critter in there. I even downloaded it and don't see it. :/

Edit: Besides the fact it's uploaded on Imageshack, there seem to be a few loose pixels around it. Doesn't fit the image well anyway, so I'm calling edits.

Dammit, finally. The background looks so sick too, and yeah.. the blue guy is there too.

The blue guy could fit into the pic, seeing as it's a futuristic scene. I'm not sure though, but I've always thought of Krakia to be like the Amazon or so.. Anyhow, after looking at the monster again, I guess it wouldn't fit. This is only because the monsters do look more "Versalian".

Oh, just read a few pages back. I guess Vinelands would represent a similarity to the Amazon then.

Anyway, i'm so excited for this release. I was supposed to quit till the Big Bang but i may start playing again if it looks interesting.

That is by FAR some of the best artwork I've seen in this game.

All this talk of domes and pyramids reminds me of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

I smell more CS mount fodder, something to do on my 5x DB, and worthwhile but infuriatingly time-consuming quests.
I also have a little wish deep down inside for recolored Spectrum Goggles or something similar. Just because.

There will definitely be new mount that isn't cash shop or mount-cover. It has it own skills and is ride and controlled by 3 people who are in party, however you can get 3 leechers if buy more slots for the mount from cash shop. The mount can fly without height limit in all maps expect special areas like jump quests.

I'm thinking that they might do what they did when Phantom Forest was released with CWK, have a nonfuctioning entrance to Versal at the end of the Krakia area.

Futuristic area in the jungle...sounds like the spitting image for the Polis of Krakia to me as gleamed from quest info. A question to be thought of is are the Alchemist and Dr.Krakia the same person? Also that creature near the bottom left looks bio-mechanical not unlike Chimera.

They are the same person, it was somewhere in the quests.

Not a lot of people would stop and give up their bonus stage time to read what he has to say i'm afraid.
