I question the validity of this statement. Monocle

1) Learn to play Cho in the jungle
2) Get farmed up in the jungle, get tanky

4) Profit!

P.S. Ray, y u hek filter? Sad

Overexaggeration on my part, but if I was going to change the wording on it, I'd just say it's great on most champions. AP Casters and Supports are pretty much the only ones that I wouldn't get it on, but it's still viable on them, just the former has other build options to get survivability and the latter probably won't ever had the gold or chance to buy one. XP

TLDR: GA is a situational item, but it's still a great item for most champions at the right time.

I didn't realize you didn't need the runes now Rolleyes.
Jungling without runes its pretty posible now, heck you dont need the cloth armor + 5xpots anymore either.

For the record, Cho is fine without needing armor + 5 pots. I start with Regen Pendant (+15 HP5) and 1 red pot, and I can last till level 4 just on that. Just get runes + masteries for armor, and you'll be k. Rolleyes

And here's the Mechanic Details for Ahri, the Nine Tailed Fox. Looks like a melee burst mage to me (hi Akali?)

Quote:Greeting Summoners!

Back in the end of september, we announced The Nine Tails Fox much to the excitment of our community. Well the time has finally come and after much anticipation, we wanted to reveal the gameplay style for Ahri, the Nine-Tailed Fox.

Ahri’s gameplay style revolves around mobility and managing position to aim her spells. When played properly, Arhi darts around teamfights, picking off wounded stragglers and harrying soft enemies.

This is largely accomplished through her ultimate, which allows her to dash multiple times before going on cooldown. Ahri can either use all three quickly to chase, burst, or escape, or she can spread out their uses to keep enemies guessing and juke around the battlefield. Combining this with her high magic damage and her Seduction ability to lock enemies down, she can strike from unexpected angles or bait enemies into overcommitting to disadvantageous situations.

Ahri’s major gameplay decisions are based on her assessment of risk/reward. Her burst is high, but must be in short range to maximize it. This creates a dynamic that requires her to endanger herself to reach full potential. Play it safe and have more light damage, or commit and go for the kill? Use your dash for damage, or save it for escape? The choices are constant with these opposed strengths and weaknesses.

Her kit is really designed to appeal towards opportunistic players who prefer characters with a lot of action, and especially players that like to lull enemies into overconfidence, only to capitalize and punish them. Ahri’s dangerous, seductive nature is something we’re happy to deliver for players who like to toy with their enemies before destroying them.
They better add Seduction to pretty much every other female in LoL.
I started once with 1-2 redpots and boots with nocturne and did a full clear route (From blue to red), and i had 75%+ of my health when i finished.
Sounds like fun o_o

Anyways...

I finally got 6300 IP (lol) What's a good ranged champ in the IP range? o-o Was thinking Brand cause I had fun playing him when he was free, but I haven't been able to experience the others as much. I'm used to TF, which is why I prefer ranged over anything. Any help would be great Big Grin

Also enjoy the tactical use of abilities like where to put Brand's pillar or when to use a certain card for TF. Skill shots are awesome too Tongue
Ranged Caster or Ranged AD?

For caster theres Brand, Xerath. For AD Caitlyn, Vayne.

Dunno those are the ones that comes to mind. Also i just hit 6300 ip today but could not get myself to buy a new champ, maybe ill wait for the nine tail fox and try something completely new, who knows maybe im lucky like i did with noc.

Huh, TF is 6300? I doubt he'll stay that pricey for long. I'd get Brand...or the 9-Tails Fox. Dunno.
Kennen~! xd

lol Seduction....
Long-anticipated Pulsefire Ezreal skin going Legendary!

Tamat Wrote:Hey everyone,

Earlier today one of our Ambassadors mentioned that Pulsefire Ezreal would not be a Legendary skin. Unknown to them were the secret plans of our amazing Skins team, who just recently decided to make some changes to Pulsefire Ezreal … for the better!

We had originally intended to release this skin this month, but during a brainstorming meeting with our artists, we decided that their Pulsefire Ezreal was such a great idea that we should take things a step further and fully develop him as a Legendary skin. However, that means Pulsefire Ezreal needs more time to create than a regular Epic skin.

We know that Ezreal fans have eagerly wanted a skin of legendary quality for some time, and even though he won’t be available for a bit, he will feature new sound effects and voice overs in addition to other goodies. We’re sure he’ll be worth the wait!

Pulsefire Power!

On another note...

I do understand right now us college students and high school students are getting ****ted on really hard by finals and college apps (high schoolers mostly *cough* Corn *cough*), which means no time for LoL. With that said, for those that are in the Chinchilla team - the official all-SP ranked LoL team - do you guys want to start playing ranked 5s after the week of 12/12 (12/12-12/18)?
Before talking about when to play, we should be talking about how are we gonna coordinate ourselfs and maybe play a few matches as a team to see how well we work together.
Okay, I barely ever get leavers or people who just plain suck in normals yet my ranked games so far have been full of them. Like seriously what the hell lol you would think it would be the other way around. I have a feeling my Season 2 rating is going to plummet just as it did Season 1 because I can't get a team that doesn't have a leaver or a shitastic Fiddlesticks that goes 0/7 every time.
Our Jungle Xin goes to golems as the game starts and just disconnects and never returns, and our Fiddle was god awful and he's like, "oh is this ranked? Damn I thought this was Draft Normal!!" REALLY NOW.

Trying my best to carry these shitfucks but it's proving to be more of a challenge than I thought especially when every match is essentially 3/4v5. Think I'll just play ranked repeatedly and see if my luck turns around eventually because I've already developed a pessimistic attitude towards it due to these first games, and I'm not even through my initial 10 to show my rating yet.
If the members of team Southperry (not Chinchillas) are okay with it I might treat this team as do-the-best-as-you-can-but-I-don't-exactly-care-if-we-lose-as-long-as-we-have-fun-and-don't-get-mad-at-each-other and watch how low our ELO plummets.

As Aynia says,

CARRY HARDER.

Although that advice hasn't been particularly working for Manu and I, although I think that would change since Blitzcrank can be quite OP.

B-b-b-b-b-b-but ranked is for being a bunch of Tryhards D:
Don't worry we'll be tryhards if by some freak accident we verse team Chinchilla Rolleyes.

(IF THAT EVER DOES BAN WE'RE BANNING ANIVIA FOR KAJITII, AKALI FOR AYNIA, AND AMUMU FOR WILL KK?)
There's a LoL thread? Where have you been all of my life.

AD: Cait, Vayne, and Tristana I think are the current best ranged AD Carries. Pretty much no matter what AD carry you choose, you'll need to be thinking 'tactically' since they're so incredibly squishy. Not many have a lot of skillshots though.
AP: Fizz is pretty cool/powerful, his ult is a skillshot that can latch to a champion. If you like placement of things a lot, Anivia may be one to try, since she has a wall and AoE placement, as well as a skillshot you can detonate before it hits it's max range. Very high skill ceiling. Malzahar is similar, he has a wall-like spellcast that silences instead of actually walling and a puddle that does really good damage. Generally speaking he kind of plays in a Veigar fashion but with more he can do after rolling his face on the keyboard, since he has a cooldown or two that's actually small. Speaking of which, Veigar has a lot of skillshot/placement, but he's also not...great at the moment imo. Amazing when farmed though, since he can infinitely gather AP using his Q.

To be fair if you're a decent player you could do any build you wanted, play Heimerdinger, and still do better than limbo-rating and <1300 pubs.

Cool story bro. Tell it again. Expect a giant ass jungle Cho in your face soon™.

Tongue1

(In other words, expect much more from me than betting on me to play Amumu. I have more choices, ya know? Rolleyes)
Sorry dude but I'm going to pick Cho'Gath first...at top lane Rolleyes.

JUST AS PLANNED.

lorx, what's your ign?
