Maybe I'm remebering things wrong, but she seems to say tsun lines with a dere look and dere lines with a tsun look.

You can't teleport up from the left platform circled, but you can from the right one (with Teleport range Hyper skill + Teleport Mastery). They've got to be less than 5 units difference between the two heights...
