I'm not geared enough to do FL.

I'm in all Bloodthirsty gear except one or two epics and the Horseman rings, and I'm using a 312 staff.

At least healing heroics is starting to get a bit easier.

It should be pretty easy to PUG the old raids until you have enough gear to do firelands. You can also get the honor PvP gear which is usually stronger than the troll heroics gear

It isn't the end of the world, as Rusty said, you can pug T11 and whatnot to try and get geared up.
Worst case you can wait until Patch 4.3 for the LFR and then go from there, since LFR is "Easy Mode".

Well I went on a Rhyolith 10N run last night, and we wiped like...30 times. I don't think my burst was good enough to turn him, and I couldn't keep up with healing raid damage.

Guild's gonna do BoT tomorrow though, hopefully I can get some tokens and buy some heroic gear.

I think what I really need though is a new staff, all my other stuff is 358 or better, my staff is a 312 green. I might save honor and buy the vicious staff.

Dude. I wish I was a Hunter. A Hunter raped the pineapple out of me in a duel. Like seriously, I died so bad. Was silenced and then he deflected pomegranate and by the time I spellstole Master's Hand or some fucking thing I at 30% hp and he was far away sniping me.
