So, NA gets the special costume set preorders, but none of the rest of the really cool Japanese preorder bonuses.


Still neat, though. Zant and Ghirahim confirmed as playable and Ganondorf's existence confirmed. I can't wait to get this. Lana still seems like the most fun to play, I feel.

TP's Zelda looks great and all but still doesn't beat SS' Zelda <3

I really like the music in the Lana deku trailer.

Love the customization within the game and the Adventure Mode is rather hilarious. I like what they did with it.

I feel that the devs combined Ganon's looks from OoT (the twin swords, long hair, trouser garment), and Twilight Princess (headpiece, armor, beard). It works pretty well.

And also... I'm anxious to hear more information regarding NoA dlc. I know they said you earn dlc through preorder, but to what extent? Do we get to choose which we get? Do we get all of them?

How I think its going to play out:

We know that the Ganondorf promo works similar to the MK8 promo, just register game before X date

How I think the other 3 packs will handle:

3 Stores will get special preoder editions, one LIKELY to be best buy since its their partner for nintendo based events. The other two are up in the air(between gamestop, amazon, toy stores(e.g toys r us), other electronic stores or large retail chain stores(e.g walmart, target)

the 3 will give you one DLC set for the set game(OoT, TP or SS). At the same time, all of the DLC's should be put in the nintendo store. Knowing Koei's past trends, they will price them between 1-3$ per set



as for ganondorf's Hyrule Warrior design, his hairstyle reminds me of their interpretation of Susano'o in Warriors Orochi 3

Anyway, I am SOOO getting the European Collectors Edition, dat scarf.


All the villains look fun to play, Lana looks even more fun than she did before (also that Summoning Gate weapon, wow), adventure mode is awesome. Definitely going to buy this game.

Yeah... the announcement of the European collectors edition was tacked on to the end of the Nintendo Direct in european countries, but not in the US. If the US was getting it they would have announced it in the same direct.

It's essentially a remake of the very original Zelda title. It pans over to the story and scrolls down to items just like that. I'm assuming that's the main intro to Adventure Mode, considering "Adventure Mode Opening Movie".

Nintendo finally entering the digital age, no longer do we have to expect we get all the content when we buy a game, not when it can be made piecemeal between retailers and then put on the eshop later!

I know the content is basically worthless (but would still have been nice to have for everyone...) but this is a slippery slope.

I think all of them will be made into dlc later on, so you get one set of "free" costumes by preorder, and then buy the others.

you'll get one for free, the others will be purchased in Eshop at your discretion. So really, you are only saving a few $. Nothing to big

Yeah, I don't get why this is confusing to any of you. Games do this all the time now. You get a free DLC pack for pre-ordering the game and the rest are available as standalone DLC.

No reason to overreact.
