We only need 5k more for the OST and another 200k after that for the online race. I'm putting my money on us not getting the online race however.

So glad that it made the $3.5m stretch goal. I was really hoping it would get a Vita/3DS release.

Can someone give me an example of another game that's been funded with the same amount of money? I'd like to know how much content a game with this funding can bring because I'm really rooting for a big game. It would be tragical if it turned out the game is only 8 bosses and a handfull extra stages because all the funding went into translating the code to all the 8 platforms its coming out on.

I am not really sure aiming for so many consoles is a good idea. This is the biggest and most anticipated megaman game ever, you'd think going safe and focusing on the big 3 consoles would make the job simpler on them... well Mr. Inafune is the expert and all the people involved, they sure (better) know what they are doing.

I don't want to spoil it for you, but kickstarters on this scale almost always have funding from other sources in addition to the ks. You don't make what they're promising on $4m

The fact that he is giving up Beck so easily is what I don't like but to be honest, spanish sites were saying that something similar to this would happen and that kickstarter people were just funding the next megaman game.

The article is just a hypothetical question. Capcom isn't currently involved whatsoever.

He's saying that IF they reached out to him with an offer to publish Mighty No.9 the terms would have to be in HIS best interest; i.e. not giving up Mighty No.9 rights. Or IF Capcom wanted him to make Megaman again, which the only reason Mighty No.9 was started was because he was literally unable to continue making any more Megaman games; he had to settle with starting a new franchise, then again, they would have to be on his terms.

Basically: Only if Capcom made him offers that essentially state "Keiji's way or the highway" would he consider anything.
