Sarah Wrote:Man, I just realised there's no pre-order bonus with this. That's kind of lame.

The music CD is the bonus, it is only included in the first shipment of the game. If you did not preorder, chances are you will never see the soundtrack at all.

Also at this whole spoiler nonsense. It is not like Zelda games ever had epic plot twists or something (if you did not get that Sheik was Zelda, you just suck), and seeing bosses ahead of time aint exactly ruining the whole game, right? I always felt the franchise was about the feeling of the game play and the exploration, neither of which spoilers are capable of ruining much.

Spoiler: Ganon makes a surprise appearance at the end of the game!

We all know it's gonna happen.

To be honest, as long as the final fight isn't with Ganondorf (like in Twilight Princess) i don't really care if the game gets spoiled for me, i mean i really love the Legend of Zelda games but after playing a few you don't expect much groundbreaking departures from the norm. (Go collect 3 of these, good, time for a plot twist, now go collect 6 of these, done that? good, time for one last dungeon)

LOL, Dark Link looks like we were thinking the same thing Tongue

In theory ganon can't exist yet because Ganondorf doesn't have the triforce of power until ocarina of time.

I still wouldn't be surprised if he turned up though >_>

According to early spoilers...

Well, this is kind of close, I guess?
He's called "The Imprisoned." You fight him - or parts of him - in several different encounters in the game. He does strike somewhat of a resemblance to Ganon and his sword looks a LOT like it could be an "Anti-Master Sword."
Preordered mine. I'm so freaking hyped.

First time I preorder a game by the way. Does anyone knows the delays I may face (preordered at a local store).

I've pre-ordered many many games, they almost always arrive on the day of release, and sometimes a day or two earlier than release day if you are really lucky (i have been many times)

funnily, the only game i've had trouble with due to preordering it was Ocarina Of Time 3D, which was a day late due to a warehouse error and came without the pre-order goodies (they came separately a few days later)

Spadow Wrote:I wish I had a Wii....
It's a shame that this will probably be the Wii's swan song, this is the kind of game that people would buy a console for, but nobody will do that due to the console reaching the end of its days.
I'd just borrow it from a friend, its not like anyone plays a Wii that much anymore right? Tongue

DO NOT LOOK AT THIS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SPOILED.

Also, the limited-edition package contains a motion plus in it right?

That article has made me roughly 10x more excited.

And this, omg this:
Quote: Deku-babas are stationary plant enemies that will bite into you if you venture a bit too close. Deku-babas have two pairs of jaws. One goes vertically and another horizontally, so it's head is split into four sections not two. To defeat one, you must slice whichever of it's jaws open, Whether this be the vertical, or horizontal jaw.
I have always hated killing those things in all Zelda games. This is awesome.

Get a load of this guy.

There are still some major spoilers I'd rather not see/read.

Agreed. Hell, a lot of the rumors that have been shoved in my face make me feel uncomfortable, even if I know they can't be true. Reading ZeldaInformer everyday, I miss out on almost all of their blog posts because I refuse to look at any more spoilers than what's shown in trailers. I want this game to be as fresh as it can be when I'm in the process of experiencing it.

I love reading the reviews of the game. Since they can't spoil the game due to the embargo, they're always good for increasing hype.

Double posting in this peach.

Some how, some way, someone got a hold of the demo version of Skyward Sword and leaked it to the internet.

Don't worry, we all know you'll be preaching to the choir once you discover some uber spoilers in the game.

Oops. How did I become so predictable?
