What would you do if McCain-Palin was elected?
#81
When McCain defended Barack at that one confernece thing, he lost some support, but maybe not enough to make him totally lose. I just don't think that he has the Killer instinct to want to WIN this election. He's too.. nice.

Obama is also too nice, but he has more want to kill than McCain does (figuratively speaking of course). But that has just got him higher expectations for if he does get elected.

The way i see it, either candidate has a large job to do. I want to have whoever can do the better job, not make it worse.

Both parties can go either way. Let's all hope for the best.

(p.s. i can't vote, so i really have no voice in this election Dx)

Neither can I, yet here we are. Smile

I respect what McCain did for Obama, but the assumption that Muslim=Terrorists should disappear. Yes, it so happened that recent terrorist organizations are Islamic, (Osama, that terrorist group in Mindanao (the Phillipines), and Saddam) but Terrorism =/= Muslims, nor vice versa.

Islam is the second-largest religion in the world, after Christianity. Why are so many afraid of Muslims? (Answer: b/c Muslim = Terrorist. Infalliable logic! Rolleyes)

The thing that's really weird for me in regards to Obama's name is that he picked a running mate who can make a near anagram of Osama bin Laden.

And bro, Saddam Hussein was not a terrorist. He was a violent military dictator.

I don't think people who still think Obama is a Muslim Arab terrorist would care too much about the difference between the two

Try telling the rest of America that about Saddam's leadership :f6:..I didn't think of that correlation till stupid people started bringing it up. It doesn't mean anything. It's just like ignorant people to make fun of somebody else's name b/c it's "not-normal". Instead of educating themselves, they just automatically make assumptions. Which I get that ALL the time when I'm with my Muslim friends.

Random person: "Hey, what are you doing with them, don't u know they're terrorists?"

Me: "Sir, f'uck off..these people are trying to live day to day just like we are..They're not going to send WMDs to your house or anthrax or anything of the sort" " So have a nice day, f'ucker"

*walks off*

It still amazes me that with everything that's going on, they still come here to better their lives, regardless of the hate & discrimination that they're bound to face.
