HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT

Oh, and Kid Icarus for 3DS? Glorious. Graphics, gameplay, and music. All fabulous.

I cast my vote for Nintendo as well this year.

I think we can all agree that Microsoft got owned this year lolol. Nintendo got 3DS and tons of classics coming back. Sony got Portal 2 (with a hopefully accurate release date, knowing Valve and all), Infamous 2, and Twisted Metal. Microsoft got... uh... that motion system thing.

As I believed, Sony got E3 down with amazingly loved titles, while Nintendo dazzled us with new hardware innovation and bringing their most popular gaming stars back. I don't see who really won between these two.

Nintendo brought the most innovation.
Sony brought the most exciting games, Sly Collection, Twisted Metal, exclusive bundles/add-ons.
Nintendo was pretty similar, bringing out...4-6 retro games.
And with the 3DS and all of these awesome games coming out for it, it puts it over Sony.
Oh, and glad to see they showed some original games for the Move, not the same sports and fitness sh'it ('cept Tiger Woods, but that was way too long).
Move is very promising and at least its 1:1 compared to the Wii and Kinect.
And hooray for Kevin Butler.

... OK fine, now I have interest again. Blast, I still haven't really even gotten into current gen stuff yet because of budget and now they go making things I want that I'll have to have yet another console for... Dang marketers.

A good number of new DS/3DS titles are straight-forward want; Layton, Golden Sun, Dragon Quest, and all the typical Nintendo fair. But a few others have me curious. Did Capcom reorganize Clover so that they could make Okami Den? I mean, I loved that game originally to death, but I can't help but see a Nintendogs figure to this re-incarnation of Amaterasu.

Kirby's Epic Yarn has my attention as well. Seems like I might actually start buying actual disks for my Wii again instead of just looking for SNES ports. The Goldeneye remake knocks out any chance of the N64 one being thrown onto the VC, but I suppose I can hope for some quality there. And for some reason, I just can't get into Metroid M. It just feels too cinematic; it gives me the feeling that exploration won't be as key to the game as it has in the past even if it isn't the case.

My only prayers that I stand a chance to keep up anymore is backwards compatibility all around.

Well, 3DS was confirmed a while ago to be compatible with all DS games, if that helps.

Oh... and Kevin Butler was good for the first 30 secs, and then I was like... "Ok you're funny, now how about showing some games?"

Holy pomegranate. Do want.
Looking forward to this game. Loving the art style from Wind Waker making a partial(?) return.

Holy fucking pomegranate monkey balls. OoT, in 3D, on a hand held? I think I just came.

Nintendo has me the most excited, followed by Sony and Microsoft in last. I love my Xbox 360, but really, way to let down this year, Microsoft. Sad

Also, I was not excited for the 3DS at all but once I saw Paper Mario, Star Fox 64 AND AN OCARINA OF TIME REMAKE [SIZE=2]I was instantly sold.

I was really hoping for Sly Cooper 4, the move still doesn't have me too interested. I was hoping that Portal 2 was exclusive (because I'm an pimento.) I think I'll have to buy a PSP again, the line up of games for it looks fucking intense.

Now that Sony has released the price for the Move, I'm expecting Microsoft to come in and undercut them for the Kinect. Seriously, I could smell some damage if they price it at $75 with a sports game. Also, regardless, Move is still going to be expensive. You'll need to spend minimum $130 (plus tax) to get the camera, wand and sub-wand, which is still price, on top of a $40 game. That's also for just one person, forget multiple people, it gets too expensive. Also, on top of the expensive peripherals, I'd like to see anyone be able to 3D game, you need a fancy TV and $100 glasses per person.

I don't get all these x vs. x games. They're really only on 3? Could've sworn I played something vs. something 4 two years ago.

Anyway, that 3ds is looking awesome. And I might finally get a reason to dust off my Wii again.

There hasn't been a new Marvel vs Capcom for TEN years. They did recently make Capcom vs Tatsunoko though.

Actually, if you want to be technical about it, this is the 5th installment of the series. X-men vs Street Fighter came out in 1995, if I remember correctly. Then it became Marvel Heroes vs Street Fighter. THEN Marvel vs Capcom, where they decided to crossover tons of series together.

I'm watching the Nintendo conference now, since that's the only one I'm interested in. Judging from the pictures of the 3DS and new games/remakes, it looks hella amazing so far. I can't wait, and I'm already sold on buying the red/black 3DS on release.

Marvel vs. Capcom 1 and 2 on the PS1 were major parts of my childhood. Good to see there's a third one now.
