Ok like Pokemon HGSS comes out tomorrow!
I wish GameStop would let me get my copy today, since I'm going somewhere all day for about 3 days starting tomorrow morning. 1 hour before GameStop opens. x_x

Shinto Ruins need a movie Arceus, the same one that triggered the plate guy in Platinum.

I believe events can only be done once. In the Japanese version you could use any kind of Arceus to trigger the event (I hope this stays in the US and EU versions, otherwise I'll rage).

Horrible I have to wait until freaking April to get the game(since then is when I get money). Saying that I shouldn't have bought Spririt Tracks doesn't make sense because I loved the game, even though I'm still stuck in the final part of the tower (it's just too long and annoying). Although for me it's only 6 days past the release date, since I live in Europe.

Gonna have so much fun catching tons of Sentrets, Pidgeys and other level 2~4 Pokémon so I can transfer from Diamond, Platinum and my flashcard HG(JP). Glad that there's night time and Dusk Balls, or maybe I should save money and use Nest Balls...

Can you play the games without the use of the touch screen? Cause my touch screen broke, but everything else is still fine. oO

It doesn't look like you can. A lot of the menus were moved to the touch screen.

Pressing Start takes you down there, but it's all accessible with traditional keys. I can't think of anything that NEEDS to be done with the touch screen to play, although you will miss out without one. PC Boxes and stuff are down there now. You also get a second 'select' item that can only be used by tapping it. 1st one still works with Y. Holding down B will run with the shoes, but you can lock run by tapping the icon. Few others I can't remember.

Yeah I'm aware of that. I was posting assuming his touch screen was completely broken, as in nothing shows up on it.

Oh, the bottom screen doesn't work at all? No image? You're screwed.
You COULD trial and error for the menus... but most of the stuff, party info, half the pokemon stats, etc. are down there. You'd never be able to us the PC. If the touch screen is black and broken, get a new DS. If it just ignores touch (ie, it's scratched up a lot), you'll be fine.

By the way, is there a way to transfer Pokemon from Diamond to Soul Silver? I have a single DS and a Wii. Any game on the Wii that can let me do this? I'm sure Battle Revolution won't let me, but any other games I'm missing that might be able to do this? Or will I have to get with a friend to transfer them?

You can definitely trade with two DSes. I think one of the Wii games lets you do it...maybe it's PBR, but not sure.
